VOYA Boutique Hotel

One of the greatest experience you can have with luxury in Havana. Everything was awesome. Despite being a little far away from the touristic sites, everyone in the hotel make you feel welcome and solve this problem with great taxi services. The restaurant is fabulous. No words to describe the luxury and rest i was able to have over there.

The Voya Hotel and staff were absolutely AMAZING. Everyone was very professional and friendly, especially Armando. He makes the best mojitos!! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful planning activities. We really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely return again. Thank you!

From the time I ever made contact with the staff they were amazing. Before I even arrived I got informative messages of what to do upon my arrival, they sent a car to the airport, the driver had my name on a sign. When I got to Voya the ladies were very friendly, the aroma was relaxing from the front desk, through the halls. I was given a tour around the building, introduced to other staff, with a brief history. Every time I left Voya, when I returned the room was refreshed, with a special personal note, new towels and chocolates. The notes were personalized to what I was doing for the day.. The food was good, the presentation, was top notch. The drinks were well prepared. The staff was dressed well, always friendly, and all spoke English, which was major for me traveling solo. They always made sure I had the best transportation, and felt safe. Especially one of the sweet woman that worked the night shift. She treated you like family! ❤️ The staff gave the BEST recommendations for restaurants, and things to do in old Havana. I’m not sure I can ever stay anywhere else when I return. It’s about 15 minutes from old Havana, in 10 de Octubre, a municipality in south Havana. But it’s very quiet, nothing like being in the actual historic district. Perfect for relaxation! It’s a $10 (USD) to get to the scene. I have no complaints, all praises. Absolutely amazing hotel with great team , delisious food and attentiok to details! Our group of 10 felt pampered and at home! Highly reccomended if you want to have best memories of Cuba!!!! Bathroom amenities, bed linen, flowers attachments and turn down amenities - proper 5 star service!!!!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel back in October. The overall experience was great. Nothing negative comes to mind. We were told the hotel's pet friendly so we stayed with our 5 m/o Xolo. We all had a great time. For me personally, what really hit it out of the park was the breakfast and the 10/10 guest service. Even though our stay happened during a national blackout in Cuba things went so smoothly there and the staff really went an extra mile to make us feel like everything was OK. ================================================================ Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos en octubre. La experiencia en general fue increíble. No se me viene nada negativo a la mente. Nos comentaron que el hotel es pet friendly, así que nos quedamos con nuestro xolo de cinco meses. Todos nos la pasamos muy bien. Para mí, personalmente, tanto el desayuno como la atención del personal llevaron al hotel a otro nivel. A pesar de que nuestra estancia coincidió con un apagón nacional en Cuba, las cosas estuvieron tranquilas ahí y el personal de verdad puso su granito de arena para que nos sintiéramos cómodos.
