good location in CBD , many tourist attractions are within walk distance. rooftop pool is not attractive due to being surrounded by tall buildings nearby.

We had waken up by a false fire alarm in the morning at 5:30, and the staff didn’t settle the situation well and keep doing alarm tests until we checkout in the noon

Need to improve the Internet, we at 9th floor can't access any Internet.

Location is perfect. But the mattress is too soft and the wifi is not stable at all and the signal disappears very often . The house keepers forget to put things like towel often.

Great location near loads of shops and eateries, China Town and Darling Harbour all within an easy and an enjoyable walking distance. Staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Rooms aren’t that large but they are comfortable Enjoyed the stay and would go back again ..

Was disappointed with room 1 adult 3 children, arrived to a king bed, no single bed. They advised of a sofa bed, which would have been fine, but the mattress was so bad that the springs stuck out, these are light weight children and they still complained about what a terrible mattress. Only had 2 towels had to call for more Only had 1 little serving of milk, not even enough for a coffee. Staff weren’t very helpful, if you don’t know, they won’t tell you.

It’s okay, but I think bed is short because I am 185cm

Hotel was located right in Thai Town, near the tram. Very convenient to get around.

Good location. Next to Thai restaurant and Thai town. Easy to use public transport and walk to Paddy Market. Room is clean and have a bath. Nice service and many cafe around the area.

The location is great, within 10mins walk to central station, also close to bus stops and light rail stations. It’s very convenient to travel around CBD on foot or by light rail. No gym at the hotel, but a small outdoor rooftop pool. The fridge power will turn off when you’re out. Everything was average.

Overall great accommodation, prime location, great for business travellers.
