Nice hotel

It was good experience to live in this hotel while visiting my friends at USTC

The staff was very kind and despite they speak no English at all, they made an effort to communicate which I appreciate. Breakfast would be good for Chinese standard but westerners will find little choice for what we are used to. Coffee is acceptable. My main complain is that my bedroom was giving directly to the highway in front, the window in my room could not be properly closed and all the noise (a lot!) from outside made it very uncomfortable to sleep, specially in the early morning.

A bit pricey for the room they give, but not bad

I really like this hotel for several reasons: (1) good location to other places (2) the foods in the hotel are really good, including the breakfast (3) a small gym and laundry which are really convenient. The issues could be improved: (1) Smoking is allowed in some rooms (2) Low-level highway-facing rooms could be noisy.

Poor attitude from the staff. When I arrived at check-in time, room was not ready. Despite booking the room for 2 nights, the key card stopped working on the second day. Overall a bad experience due to impolite and lazy staff at the hotel.

房間很乾凈、舒適。環境很温馨。 我是科大校友，對江南春也不陌生。這次回科大辦理一些個人文件，順便帶上一雙兒女，也是想讓他們感受一下科大的氛圍。江南春已經完全經過了智能比升級，房間內的設施都可以語音控制，孩子們非常喜歡，也覺得新奇。房間毗鄰校園，我可以指着東區的樓宇向他們講解我當年的求學經歷，感觸頗深。 酒店的服務人員非常專業也非常友善，給人賓至如歸的感覺，讓我更加。懷念昔日的青春年華。總體來説，是校友們返校時的一個非常值得推薦的。選擇。

就是在酒店借了這個“來電”充電寶，然後好難還，在酒店借了充電寶去李鴻章紀念館，感覺那邊是步行街，還挺熱鬧的，但是找了好幾個還充電寶的點，不是機器有問題就是滿了還不了，來來回回跑了好久，最後在一個老年活動中心門口還了，但是還了以後訂單沒有結束，有聯繫了客服才算完事，滿大街都是**充電和怪獸充電，建議酒店把來電充電寶儘快換了吧，太坑了

酒店前台服務熱情，環境很好，一樓咖啡吧和書吧氛圍也很好，👍👍👍

前台服務很好，房間衞生很棒，酒店環境不錯，地理位置很好出入很方便，他們家自助早餐可以吃的挺多的，出差首選。

離中科大最近的酒店之一 服務熱情周到 行政就廊的沙龍特別好吃😋

停車：車位較少，看運氣 位置：離科大眼科很近，就醫方便 商圈：南七，安糧都不遠 交通：出行方便，公交，打車，共享單車都可以

房間智能化，有小度很方便，前台服務也很熱情，很滿意。

房間很乾凈，前台服務態度很好！床墊很舒服！
