Hotel berhampiran Konsul Trapps plats, Helsingborg

The hotel is in the old building, in a very good location. The building has a very nice atmosphere. The service is professional and kind. The breakfasts are perfect, there is my favorite oat milk. Parking is available across the street, in another building. If I am ever in Helsingborg I will return to this hotel.

We stayed from Saturday to Sunday in a superior room on the top floor. Nice view over to Denmark which we appreciated. The room was large and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was really nice. The breakfast was alright. The room in itself was decent but with some flaws. Because of the large roof windows the room was very hot, there was no air conditioning other than a little fan. The shower had very weak water pressure, the worst i have ever experienced in a hotel. It took me so long to get the soap out of my hair. There was also no outlet in the bathroom, which made it difficult to get ready in there. All in all it was an okey experience which could have been much better if they made a few improvements in the rooms. Don’t think i will stay here in the future.

Breakfast is very delicious and neat. There is a big mart nearby, and there are many things to see in a 5-minute drive. The level of cleanliness in the room is moderate. The level of facility use is also reasonable. It has enough value for the price.

Im November 2023 übernachteten wir im Hotell Erikslund zum ersten Mal. Wussten aber bei der Abreise sofort, dass es nicht das letzte Mal war! Wir waren jetzt Ende Januar für 4 Nächte angereist. Man wird sehr freundlich begrüsst, das gesamte Personal im Haus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerwünsche werden berücksichtigt, wenn möglich. Wir bekamen schönes Eckzimmer. Das Zimmer war gemütlich mit Sitzecke, Betten sind bequem, Badezimmer bietet Dusche, Handwaschgel, Duschgel, Kleenextücher. Im Zimmer steht ein Wasserkocher, im Schrank in einem Stoffbeutel hängt ein Föhn. Es ist immer sehr ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstücksbüffet findet man im ”Värdshus” des Hotels. Es ist sehr lecker, alles frisch, eine sehr grosse Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, Müsli, Cornflakes, Joghurt, frisches Obst, Pfannkuchen zum Selberbacken. Schöne Auswahl an Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Rührei, Würstchen, Speck, Bohnen in Tomatensosse, gekochte Eier, Orangensaft, Apfelsaft, Milch, Wasser, Kaffee, Kakao, Tee, geschnittenes Gemüse und Obst, Fischsalate, Marmeladen; Croissants, Donuts, Kekse usw. Alles wird sofort nachgefüllt. Es gibt auch einen SPA- und einen Wellnessbereich, Fitnessgeräte, Kosmetik etc. Für abends kann man sich Tisch im Restaurant reservieren. Kleine, aber feine Speisekarte. Was wir im Hotel vermissen sind Tageszeitungen. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt an der Autobahn Malmö - Göteborg, Autobahnausfahrt 33. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tankstelle, die Tag und Nacht geöffnet ist, sowie Stepllätze und Toilettenhäuschen (offizieller Rastplatz). Über Nacht stehen dort viele LKWs. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder im Erikslund übernachten.

Stayed overnight at Kokkedal castle and booked a single deluxe room in a main building. Ample parking space and smooth check-in experience, however, upon entering my room, the key didn’t work so I need to run down and ask for a check to get it active again, and it did. The room was good enough for solo traveler. The lighting in the room giving a warm tone and I get a room with fantastic view over the golf course and a peek of the ocean. A good single size bed and comfortable linens. I had a goodnight sleep. Do bear in mind, as it’s a historical building that’s dated from 1700s, therefore their fixtures could make a little noise and watch your head for low sections wall in the room. The forest in the surrounding however, definitely worth a trail and it’ll leads you down to a nearby Rungsted harbor where you can find local restaurants, local beach and Karen Blixen museum. The breakfast room located in their cellar and the buffet is sufficient enough to give you some energy to start your morning. Overall, it was a good overnight stay and would like to try their spa facilities or perhaps their bigger room next time. If you have an appreciation of historical places, then this is one of a place worth a visit.

Good location in centre of Angelholm, close to local restaurants. Hotel new and room was really clean and up to date. Hotel very modern. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of options and good quality. Highly recommend.
