Easy to find. Great location. Will stay again

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Helsingborg Central Station (trains and buses). Breakfast was decent. Since I arrived late and didn't want to go out for food, I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The steak, fish, salad, and fries were also good. The steak portion was generous, so the fish would be more suitable for those with smaller appetites. Overall, I'm satisfied and would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The room is spacious, with a simple, modern, and stylish design. The functional areas are well-divided, and the bathroom and bedroom are cleverly designed to minimize disturbance. The safe, refrigerator, and kettle are all well-equipped, and the toiletries are comprehensive, showcasing thoughtful design. Everything is very convenient to use. The direct drinking water is completely safe to drink. The bedding is high-quality, soft, and skin-friendly, and the thin duvet is very comfortable – neither too cold nor too hot. Perhaps it's because it's a harbor city, but it's not dry or stuffy. The breakfast environment is retro and elegant, with a classic European style that creates a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast selection is rich, with both hot and cold dishes. I personally found it very satisfying and a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal. **Service:** The front desk staff are friendly, patient, meticulous, and polite. The housekeeping staff are also very enthusiastic. **Parking:** The hotel has its own parking lot, which is paid but very secure.

Great breakfast in a calm atmosphere. The room on the 7th floor was excellent, quiet and peaceful. The gym was top-notch and located on the same floor. An ice machine was also available on the 7th floor, which was a plus. Good location in Söder, with proximity to ferries for a trip to Helsingør. It's a bit of a walk to the main city center in the northern part, but a perfectly acceptable distance. Overall, a hotel that impressed.

Good location, clean and tidy, and friendly staff. There's a shopping center right across the street with parking available if needed. Our room on the 4th floor was a good size with two sturdy single beds. The bathroom was fine, but there was no lock on the door. Not a huge deal, but a bit unexpected. The breakfast was good, though it got a bit crowded and the coffee wasn't in the same spot. This led to a lot of extra walking back and forth between tables. Overall, a positive experience that I would recommend.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I needed to mail something, and the front desk explained how to do it and even helped print the shipping label – very patient! The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but it's hard to find larger rooms in Helsingborg anyway.

good and clean room, came equipped with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels and a hair dryer. location was ideal with many shopping areas right beside and a mall with a supermarket in the adjacent building. staff were friendly and assisted with luggage storage post checkout as well. very pleasant hotel. there is even an ice machine at the lobby of our room floor, a nice touch.
