The hotel has good location, close to highway and shopping. We had good night sleep there. Our room was facing Jefferson road so noice was not an issue at night. However, the hotel does not offer free bottled water as others. We had to retrieve our own from our car. It would be nice to add considering the relative low cost.

overall good experience staying there but breakfast was not much to choose from

We are here for a hockey tournament… Hotel is clean, but the showerhead and nozzle appeared to be falling off and it doesn’t look like the maintenance here is all that good. But the fridge get my beer nice and cold so that’s a plus

Service at the front desk was efficient. We are elderly and a young man who worked at hotel assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and refused a tip. What a shock.🫢 Both my husband I tried to give it to him. So great beginning! Give him a raise! The cleaning staff on the 4th floor was very helpful and courteous. The best part is the location. Everything you need is within a few miles if not across the street. This will be our return choice to stay. I’m only sorry there were no warm cookies. They definitely should be given out on the weekend.

Hotel ini bagus tetapi saya tidak mempunyai apa-apa selain masalah dengan meja penyambut tetamu. Saya membayar untuk perjalanan saya apabila saya menempah di laman web ini. Pihak hotel juga telah mengenakan bayaran kepada saya untuk setiap malam. Visa saya tidak boleh mengambil lebih banyak lagi. Setiap orang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk 2 pengurus, telah bersumpah bahawa mereka boleh memperbaikinya dan menyalahkan orang lain. Pada ketika ini saya akan pergi terus ke visa saya dan mempertikaikan segala-galanya. Saya tidak akan pernah tinggal di sini lagi bukan hotel Pilihan lain. TIDAK PERNAH!
