Best hotel experience ever.
The staff is absolutely amazing and wholy committed to providing the best experience.
The early check-in option through the large onsen is incredible and their spa treatment is wonderful.
This is a place that must be visited at the very least once in a life time.

We had an amazing time! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed to be out to catch a train on a day when it was torrential rain. The had one of the staff drive us to the station that was further away since the local one closed. I could not have asked for more care or accommodation for us.

房間和環境都很贊，服務也很好，就是問前台借一個轉接頭居然沒有，另外晚餐給預訂的西餐説是攜程上默認的，可是我並沒選擇西餐啊，我去一家日式旅館怎麼可能都定西餐，交涉了很久才換了一晚和食，我也不知道這個問題應該怪誰。

房間非常乾淨！酒店風景絕美！酒店工作人員服務非常貼心！是一家值得回訪的酒店！
這裏的日出也是非常醉人，酒店裡温泉十分棒，一種極致享受！希望餐飲多品種選擇！

景緻優美，設施新，有接駁巴士至熱川站，火車出行方便。服務人員態度好，可能比較新的緣故，餐廳晚餐服務細節尚有改善空間，但食物質素很好。

2回目の利用です。 前回は東棟の狭めの部屋、今回は西棟のデラックステラスツインAを利用。宿泊費は高くなるが、広さと眺望の良さを考えると正解でした。 大浴場にも近く良かった。 夕食はしゃぶしゃぶ、量も十分。金目鯛の煮付けも一匹付きとても美味しかった。 朝食が少し残念かなぁ。 赤倉から移動されたスタッフさんが数人と色々お話でき楽しかった。 食事のバリエーションも前回利用時より増え、連泊したいと思いました。

今回３回目の宿泊です。相変わらずこの宿の深湯とロケーションは素晴らしいです。 課題だった料理もかなり改善され進化していました。 系列の赤倉観光ホテルで顔見知りのレストランスタッフとの会話も良かったです。 来年の５月も予約をしました。 さらなる料理の進化を期待したいと思います!

今回の旅は静岡県の熱川に行ってきました♡10月3日 『伊豆ホテル リゾート＆スパ』様に宿泊しました！ 熱川温泉の フロントでチェックインを5Fレセプションでしてから早速お部屋へ💕 お部屋は東棟の Room No.134 でした♡ 宿泊したお部屋のtype: 温泉露天 デラックス テラスツイン B1 東棟へ向かいお部屋を開けると わぁーっすごいーって言っちゃいましたぁ💕💕 開放感あふれるお部屋の雰囲気に大きなBedに 2シンク♡ ベッドのエリアと洗面台&温泉のエリアはドアで仕切られていました。 さらに大きな露天風呂がお部屋にあるなんて幸せですぅ❤️ お部屋やテラスからは美しい海が見えますぅぅ💗伊豆諸島までくっきり🎵 いい眺めー！！ なんて綺麗な景色なのでしょぅぅo(^o^)o 天空にいる感じで時を忘れてしまいました♡ お部屋や温泉♨️やレストランは下のフロアへと行く感じです❤️ 冷蔵庫の飲み物もフリーでした♡氷結嬉しかった❤️ ゆったりと過ごせてよかったですぅ。 お食事はレストランでフレンチコース。 ほんとどれも美しい上品なお料理でとてもおいしかったです！ 朝食もディナーと同じく個室でいただきました！ すごく優雅で美味しくて朝からスパークリングも楽しめましたあ。 お食事も素晴らしかった！ 全室オーシャンビューで露天風呂付きのスモールプレミアリゾート🎵 全26室すべての客室に温泉露天風呂が完備されていて温泉がお部屋で入れるなんて素敵ですよね♨️ さらに温泉に入りながら絶景が楽しめる温泉大浴場『ONSEN深湯露天』もあり充実のリゾートですね♡

駅への出迎えからホテルでの対応、部屋、お風呂、食事、全てにおいて大満足でした。 今回は自分の親が高齢ということもあり、ホテル施設内でゆっくり寛げる宿を探していたところ、こちらに決めました。 一番の決め手は、部屋に露天風呂が付いていること。そして海側に面しているお部屋で眺望も良さそうだったことです。 伊豆熱川駅からはシャトルバスでホテルまで行けます。ただ、事前に時間予約しないと所定の時間通りに走っていないので、駅に着く時間を事前にホテル側にお伝えしておくことをオススメします（公式ウェブサイトにも明記）。 お部屋はちょうど良い広さで、思った通り眺望もよく、夜は星空の元、露天風呂をゆっくり満喫できました。洗面室とシャワー室の床は床暖房が施されており、安心してお風呂に入れるのが良い点です。 食事は、旬のもの、地元の食材が活かされていて、こちらも満足。海産物だけでなく、野菜も本当に美味しかった！ チェックアウト後は、外に設置されてる足湯のスペースでのんびりとお茶しながら、足湯を堪能しました。近くのカフェに足湯用のタオルが設置してあるので気軽に足湯を利用できます。 とにかくこの宿の全ての方の接遇対応が良かったのが、この旅の充実感を底上げできたポイントかと思います。 適度にフレンドリーさもある丁寧な応対の方が多く、心地よい滞在となりました。 今度は夫との旅で利用したいです。
