Ulasan Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4

Early departure from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4? This is the place to be!!!! The Holiday Inn Express is located in the same building as the Crowne Plaza: upon entering you go left for the Crowne and right for the Holiday, but you share the same atrium area and so you could really sleep in the cheaper hotel room and have a drink in the more fancy lobby… I think! I haven’t tried because we were traveling with the kids and just wanted a rest. Breakfast is included and starts 6.30am even on the weekend so the kids were fed before we walked through the fully covered corridor into Terminal 4 in less than 5 min. It’s absolutely genius and the rooms are modernised too, so no complaints here!!

Had a good stay at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable. Called to change the pillow sheet because had stains on it. A big thumb for the staff because they were friendly and helpful. Good location and nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel. If you come out of T4, don't follow the Google nav. It's misleading. Facing the exit,there is a corridor on the far left that leads directly to the hotel. It's quite convenient.

Hotel service is very good, staffs were very helpful and nice! Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very just ok, you can see some stain on the carpet and wall.

Great location. Easy to find directions and well connected walk from Airport Terminal. Room is nice and breakfast included provides great value. Lovely sunset view from hotel room in the evening.

The hotel is linked thru the cover walk way about 400 meters away. Great location for those hv flight connection. The room is clean, well appointed. The breakfast is good too. The only thing which can improve is the water pressure in shower

The service was very good not far too walk to terminal 4 food was nice it was little bit cold but other than that it was very nice.

Location was perfect - just a couple of minutes walk from T4. The staff were the highlight for me. Everyone I encountered from check in staff to restaurant hosts to table cleaners at breakfast were polite, cheerful & friendly. They’re all doing a great job. Speedy service with a smile. It’s very appreciated after a long day of traveling. Amenities in the room were average. I had everything I needed. Nothing special. There was a pretty good choice of breakfast food. Again, nothing out of the ordinary, but enough to keep me happy: Cereals, toast & pastries, hot selection including bacon, sausages, eggs & hash browns. The one thing that I’d mark down a little was cleanliness… In the room there were stains on the carpet and desk, as well as dirty grout in the shower.
