The hotel is linked thru the cover walk way about 400 meters away. Great location for those hv flight connection. The room is clean, well appointed. The breakfast is good too. The only thing which can improve is the water pressure in shower

Breakfast: food variety can be wider. Location: very convenient to the airport but far away from the city Centre. It takes an hour to King's Cross Station.

After being disappointed by my airline your hotel staff treated me like a REAL KING both the receptionists and kitchen staff. They chatted me up in a very polite manner and to me l nick named them PAIN KILLERS. They should keep that STANDARD UP.

To here because of catching the flight after checking out from the uni student hall. The hotel is close to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport and the instructions for going to the hotel are clear, just about 5 minutes from the terminal exit near Heathrow Terminal 4. Go upstairs via the lift to the level written 'hotel'. The staff is very nice and they allow me to check in at about 12PM which is normally after 14PM without any charges. The staff is friendly and willing to solve problems. The room I got is really nice and see no dust or trash in the room. The bed is nicely tidy and all the devices in the room like tv, clothes iron and its desk, dryer, etc. The free breakfast included for all guests is not very impressive but fair enough. It's a buffet and it had bread, beans, bacon, sausage, etc, just a classic all-day breakfast you can get in the UK. The check out process is simple, just drop the card into the box named Check Out and you can freely leave.

The hotel service quality is justified. The location is convenient, especially for the morning flight, where is connected with T4 with the covered bridge. Room size is small but still fine for 2 persons. 2 large suitcases 29" are not easy to open. Breakfast was standard with the name of the Holiday Inn.

Good location and service. Breakfast was crowded and with limited choices. Shower water pressure was okay but temperature is unacceptable (max 50 degree Celsius).

The service was great. The room is very spacious when the sofa bed is not used, spacious enough to open up a few large suitcases. The location is very convenient, as it is connected to Terminal 4 with a covered walkway and no stairs. The breakfast is nothing special, but the fact that there is breakfast at 5 a.m. is very convenient for an early flight. I love how the breakfast area has enough space to bring your luggage along or you can leave the luggage at the concierge. I think this is very thoughtful, as people wouldn't want to waste time going back to their room after breakfast. Plenty of power outlets in the breakfast area as well. I will definitely stay here again if I have to fly from T4.

5 minutes walking distance from Heathrow Airport terminal 4. Room is spacious fit for 2 people and amenities are fully available. Breakfast is simple western style yet it’s enough for me & I enjoyed it.

The Holiday Inn Express by Terminal 4 Heathrow was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and decently sized for a traveling couple. Just be sure not to forget any toothbrushes and toothpaste as the hotel does not provide them. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I personally prefer it over the Arora Renaissance Hotel around the corner!
