Evening, I must confess that the experience here has been extremely unpleasant so far. 1. Lack of washroom cleanliness. 2. The TV does not have any channel, which is remotely watchable, functioning. 3. The washrooms do not have much space for one to use the restroom facilities. 4. The floor of the room was dirty, one could not walk barefoot in the room itself 5. The outdoor seating was covered in filth. 6. Lack of hand towels in the room. 7. No basic cutlery in the room. 8. The kettle was dirty, not properly washed. 9. The handwash in the washroom is almost empty and broken. The staff is, however, the only silver lining.

Perfect in all ways...nice property with nice staff and services..poolfacility and spa facility in owsome...safety concerns are good..safe place for children also...property is at great place..all services are good...Food is owsome...special mention for the food...

All the services were upto the mark, very flexible as per the guests, the perfect coordination, especially I would like to appreciate that all the staff of your hotel were too supportive, the choice of food items for the buffet was amazing (who ever has made decision to select food items for buffet, I would like personally appreciate that). All the people out has made our day for the 2 days, everyone in my team is soo happy & blessed that they joined us on this trip at our organization.

The best resort in kausali to visit with friends and family. View from here is amazing Staff is amazing and food is just awesome. I would recommend everyone to come here once in life time . Staff is very polite and complete all your needs . Must visit place

Room balconies pathetic that are sharing so conventional open drain with another adjoint room, washrooms smelling, no ventilation in rooms, still no UPVC windows although property is not built many decades ago, even food is average. After paying the exorbitant price of Rs.8,500 per room, one expects at least clean and comfortable accommodation. This is just like 2.5 star hotel. They allow everyone whether in groups of 20-30 to play their own loud music in every lounge or open dining area. Imagine if everyone plays their own personal loud music in dining hall, how the environment will be, Not at all acceptable. Zero rating from me, wasted money and wasted my beautiful evening here.

We went to have lunch and enjoyed the food pizzas ,snacks on the terrace .kids zone was good can be improved .great service and waiters .The view was lovely .We checked out the rooms .spacious with good views and a nice swimming pool We were with small kids who enjoyed the space and lived the food .we recommend to stay there next time

The worst experience i have had in the last 35 years is from this hotel we had an unfortunate incident and 2-3 people went and they took the key for 2 rooms and said they would refund but straightly denied us any refund for those rooms at the time of checkout Worst hotel ever
