Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and great location. Staff all very helpful. Only reason didn’t get full set of 5 stars is because extra charge to use swimming pool

Platinum Elite Marriott member. Asked for a 1pm checkout. Denied. They said because I was travelling with others (separate room booked on a separate reservation) that only one room could be granted late checkout per "policy" and that they couldn't honor my status (guaranteed 4pm checkout) because I had booked through a third party website. Irony in it all was I had to wait until 4pm the day before to check-in because my room wasn't ready as the people before me had a late checkout.
Camera molto grande,spaziosa,luminosa,la sola pecca di quest hotel e' che alla mattina verso le 6 credo le cucine in basso al hotel iniziano a funzionare e gli odori() del cibo arrivano addirittura alla stanza ,io ero al 10 piano cosa che mi ha fatto svegliare perche non erano odori gradevoli, credo che sia una cosa non accettabile in un hotel a 5 stelle
