"Firstly, it does not seem to be a 4-star hotel. The pictures of the hotel exteriour are absolutely misleading; in reality, there were only four floors in the hotel. The impressive round tower builing shown in the pictures some other building behind the hotel. The corridors had stained and dirty carpets. The rooms were somewhat acceptable by 3-star standards, room flooring was worn out."

Great price and services for the location. The only issue to be aware of is there is no air conditioning in the windowless rooms, so they can get very hot. The refrigerator also didn’t work so no cold beverages. Otherwise, it’s a decent hotel for what you pay.

Good hotel to stay with friends and family

It was quite a walk from metro station! Hotel is good anyway! Didn’t explore amenities so don’t know what do they have ! Single elevator and single robot for delivery so better pickup your delivery by yourself!

the hotel is a standout tall structure and is located in a “close to everything interesting” part of Shanghai, a few stops from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station and Airport via Metro Line2. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful (the goodnight call through the room line might be a good gesture but some people could find it odd and bothering), room clean and fitted with a smart lavatory (might be challenging to operate for first timers, would be helpful adding English guide notes). Overall, we had a beautiful stay and I would recommend this hotel

Trip reward upgraded my room. Chose a quiet corner area but room smaller than the non-upgraded room. No bathrobe but was available in the non-upgraded room.

Hotel is fitting the standard rating. Room is clean, bathroom has all equipment. Laundry room is available. Good value for money. Tea market is just across the street and Zhongshan road has many shops and restaurants. .

It's a good hotel. I have booked for a room with no window but i was upgraded to a better room. They have self-service laundry and good breakfast. Location is between two metro stations and so you'll have to need a bit of walking.

Location is fabstanstic, I hope they can just improve on taking care of the rooms

Very nice place for a business trip. The location is near several touristic spots. Price very affordable considering the location and the room is spacious and clean.

Good location, a comfortable price (if you ok with not having a window). The room is quite well-designed but some spots in the room hadn't been cleaned in ages (I wanted to put my clothes on the shelf and realized it was full of dust) and I found someone's hair stuck to the bathroom door which was quite disgusting.

Nice staff and patient with translation. They gave me a window room upon request. 10 minute walk to mtr or rent a city bike. Close to Raffle Mall.
