The Hilton Hiroshima is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the design, spaciousness, and the breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The staffs speak fluent English so there no problem in communication. We had a spacious room with king bed, with also plenty of space for a round table. The bathroom was also very big and beautifully designed. The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It was a luxury buffet breakfast with over 100 choices of food in Japanese and international styles, including hot food such as udon and soba which were cooked per your request. Parking at the hotel costs 2500 yen per night for guests staying at the hotel. There may be cheaper options nearby as there are a lot of parking in Hiroshima.

It’s next to Hiroshima station, thus it’s very convenient! The hotel is very grand and staff were hospital and friendly. Definitely recommended!

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

立地条件、コンビニ、バスセンターなど地方から行く場合は、高速バスを使用するので、便利です。 ただ、部屋の空調が、常温で２０℃くらいだと冷房も暖房もでないようで、送風になります。説明が、聞かないとわからないので 事前にお話しいただくと親切かなと思います。部屋は、早くに申し込みをしていたのですが、端で静かでしたが、原爆ドーム側電車通りが、 見えなくて残念でした。キャンペーンの申し込みも再度お願いしましたが、駄目でした。食事は、高いので、連泊でしたが、夕食も朝食も コンビニと外のレストランで済ませました。部屋に食事プランの案内表を見なかったのですが、あったのでしょうか?

Fantastic location, very close to trams and peace park. Staff very helpful. We booked 3 single rooms and they were just fine. Close to shops and restaurants and staff member gave us a fantastic recommendation for okonomiyaki which is a Hiroshima speciality. Miyojami is a tram or JR train ride away and we’ll worth a visit

The room was larger, nicer, and cheaper than the 4 star places I stayed at in Kyoto and Tokyo. The view from the room I had was great - high up and facing peace memorial park. The park itself was only a few minutes walk away, and the hotel was nearby many shops and transport. Really great budget choice.

Lokasi hotel adalah yang terbaik di Hiroshima, mesti saya katakan. Kurang dari 10 minit berjalan kaki ke Hiroshima Castle, 15 minit dari Nuclear Bombing Dome, dan tepat di sebelah salah satu Plaza membeli-belah terbesar di Hiroshima. Walau bagaimanapun, kemudahan dan perkhidmatannya cukup mengecewakan. Internet yang sangat perlahan, AC yang hancur dan sarapan yang teruk adalah beberapa keluhan yang saya ada. Ngomong-ngomong, mereka mempunyai spa, gimnasium, dan kolam renang dalaman yang tidak ada yang dapat digunakan. Anda mesti menjadi ahli atau membayar tambahan untuk menggunakannya. Facilities I rated as 3 because: What was available was very good. Resturant was not operating for dinner. Bar was open for a very limited time. I think this might be a hang over from Covid and trouble getting staff like everywhere.

Had a sumptuous one night stay here, introducing the family to the ryokan experience. Check-in was gracious and easy, the family room was a good size (for Japan!) and the air conditioning in August was super-frosty. All facilities clean, with yukatas all round including little ones for the kids at reception. A sobering view of the A-bomb dome across the road, secreted behind trees providing kind cover. The onsen was hot and very welcome after all that walking. Traditional breakfast was a feast-like experience and the pickled plums turned our heads inside-out. Had a friendly chat with the owner as we checked out - a big Carp fan - that rounded off a very pleasant traditional stay.

I was travelling with a group, so I didn't choose it myself. The location is excellent. It is close to the Peace park, a big shopping mall/area and the stop for the streetcar/tram. The is a supermarket and a bakery close by. I stayed in the New Ikawa building. The building has both stairs and an elevator. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a traditional room with futons. There are nog regular chairs or something, but there was a floortable and some cusions. They offered complementary shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. And you could borrow the provided nightshirts. You can ask for the staff not to clean the room and they will leave out clean towels and such. If have problems with getting up or sitting on the floor, this place is not for you. The staff is nice. There is small area where you can sit, but no additional place to eat as you can't use the dinning area or the microwave for your own food. I recommend a stay at this ryokan!

Not worth the price. Really unclean, hair and the carpet was filthy and full of stains. Bathroom was covered in hair, which wasn’t ours. On the walls on the floor etc 🤮 Room smelt damp, everything felt damp. Maybe the humidifier should be turned on 24/7 not just up to the guests choice. Really confusing bar coin situation?! No idea how to use it. Nice touch they give you free coins to use though. Staff good, changed our first room with no fuss as it smelt like foist/damp. Second room wasn’t much better. Stayed 2 nights, no cleaning service, no fresh towels, garbage wasn’t took out of the room. The usual is available such as coffee, creamer, razors etc. So that is good. Location is good. Wouldn’t stay again though, would rather stay in a different location & have a clean room.

繁華街に近く、立地は抜群です。 ツインルームは普通でした。2名2泊で37,000円程度＝1名1泊9,000円と思えば、ビジネスホテル同等なので相応かと。 2階の大浴場は人口温泉とはいえ、熱めのお湯が気持ち良かったです。 背の高い車で行ったため、ホテル駐車場ではなく提携駐車場（エビデンパーク）に案内されました。 駐車場代1泊1,300円が少し高いのと、エビデンパークの駐車幅や走行路が異常に狭く、大変気を遣いました。

清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです！ 忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、そちらの対応もとても丁寧でした！ (近くの居酒屋に置いてあるチー坊サワーがとてもおいしくおすすめです、広島最高でした！)

This is apart style accommodation. No housekeeping during my stay (less than 7 days). Room was equipped with full kitchen (but no oven), fridge freezer, microwave, IH cook top, all utensils and dishes. Dish washing detergent. Bathroom equipped with standard Japanese bathroom (tub and shower), washing machine with washing detergent. Clothing can be dried with bathroom drier function. Garbage bag is provided for length of stay and discard of by the guest. Rubbish point is just outside the building. In-house guests can pick some teas, coffee and bathroom amenities such as comb and tooth brushes at the reception area. Sound proof is good. Basically no reception staff on the spot, reception staffs are available via video call. Check in is self service. The accommodation is in quiet neighbourhood area although located just walking distance from Hiroshima peace memorial park. There are convenience store and small supermarket nearby, this not too inconvenient. Nearby street car (tram) station is less than 10 minutes by walk. Great luxury choice for long stayer.
