The place is surprisingly clean, good location, friendly staff and good tea (earl grey - which is a rare offer for a budget accommodation). Another plus is the free self laundry service with washing machine and dryer. I suggest you add clothes hanger in the bathroom and get softer pillows. The overall experience is great! Definitely come back and reccommend to friends!

Value for money and great location but a bit noisy in the mornings due to a school next door and my room was located next to the elevator which made a noise each time it was in use. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We love this hotel and this is the second time staying here. Location is great with lots of places to eat nearby too. Staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern, very minimalist but have everything anyone would need.

Pro: High cp value with spacey room and friendly staff. Walking distance to shopping area in Nguyễn Trãi and famous Bánh Mì places. Cons: Right next to an elementary school, a bit noisy in the morning.
