I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located in the center of District 1 and was easy to go everywhere. The hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. It was good that they can communicate in English! The room was spacious enough for 2 persons and very clean. One thing I didn't like is that they missed turn down services once. F&B was also amazing. Their food was great.

This hotel is ok. It is below three star. I would rather be I a basic hostel that is clean than a hotel with my own room, if the room needs a check on cleanliness. There were bugs. The shower curtain has mildew. I did not want to touch it. I chose to seep in my silk sleeping bag (liner) instead of using the bedding. Since the hotels are not full, it is better to ask to see the room before putting your money down. Of course this hotel is affordable, however there are nicer hotels that are cost more and the cost less. they put in these spa like bth tubs. the would be nice if the shower curtain was clean or of caulk attached the spa tub to the wall. If the water goes behind the tub, I just wonder. How do they clean it? Is there mold? I gave the hotel more than one dot because the people there are so nice. There are other hotels within walking distance to Ben Tahh Market. The stairs and the lobby were not kept. There was a mattress o the stairway that made egoism up and down an eye sore. There are tables in the lobby. It looks like meals would be served but I saw no one eating there. I am not sure if this is because of COVID. There is no view, unless you have a deluxe room. Make a request to see the front - this view is urban, so it is just fun to look out but nothing special. Still looking out and seeing a bit of the wy of life in urban Saigon is cool.

This hotel was the last stop of our tour of Vietnam. After staying in nice three star hotels along the way this was a disappointment. Rooms were small and not clean. Very dirty bathmats with mold on it. Peeled caulking along the bathtub, and holes in the tiles. Wallpaper was peeling. We decided to not stay and checked into a nice hotel on the Riverside. Staff was not interested or concerned.

The actual room we stayed in was quite different from the photos in Trip.com. I thought it was a spacious room with transparent glass partition for the bathroom, and with the bath tub nicely placed. However what I got was a room in a very odd shape, with not much space around the bed. The bathroom is of translucent glass instead of transparent. The strangest part would be the setting of bath tub and toilet, I need to find a way to place my leg in between water pipes when I was sitting (see the photos) in the toilet. And there is no place to put the bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the shower cubicle… they put them all outside the shower cubicle on the counter. Not sure how I was supposed to use these. But I can’t deny that I roof pool is really magnificent and worth it all.

i had the room in 3rd floor which is the restroom was so bad, couldn't even have a hanger, the door keep open it and it's so small, uncovinience and it doesn't worth the price. . Also outside room is quite noisy. i dont like it. Wont come back again

The service was amazing! I was checked in by Anna, who greeted us with warm welcome, and the room was ready just right at time so we didn’t wait too long. Also, the Manager, Jennifer, who welcomed us with a surprising bouquet! Since it is our anniversary trip, and the hotel remembered the note, that was really sweet💖 The room was clean and stylish, however, the soundproof wasn’t good enough, so we kept hearing the noise from upstair(floor 11), which made our sleeping quality worse. This is the only part that I wish the hotel can improve.

PPoohLokieI recently had the pleasure of staying at Icon Saigon, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel staff that helped us to carry our bags and luggages from the lobby to our hotel room. The room itself was lovely - clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the daily replenish of the mini bar with soft drinks and beers, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, from extra pillows to helping us to communicate with the locals to confirm on our day tour or reservation. I also have to give a special thanks to the hotel for accommodating my late check-out request. I had a late flight out of town and really appreciated being able to keep our room for a few extra hours even though it was full house on that day. It made all the difference in ensuring a stress-free end to my trip. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The rooms are fantastic, and the customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay such a memorable one!

It was booked as part of a tour so I don't know if it is a good value but we did have assistance with our luggage possibly because of being part of the tour. The doorman was almost always present to open the door. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There is not much of a lounge area because most of the main floor is taken up with a restaurant. My single room was small as expected but not a problem for me as it was clean. I had to call to get a new battery for the safe to work. This was attended to immediately. In the shower I was unable to close the sliding door due to rusting. Again attended to immediately by two maintenance men who were not able to get it repaired so I was moved to another room - this time a double but again required fixing of safe as it has been left open in locked position. Shower door worked well but there was no hot water as experienced by other members of our group. A complaint rectified that as hot water was available for the remaining two day of our stay. A little annoying was the sound of doors slamming shut and noise in the hall until everyone had settled for the night. There was little selection for breakfast. Barely pre-cooked scrambled eggs not appealing but one can always find something to eat. As noted by others, the location is good.

The rooms may be a little dated (shower over the bath tub) but very comfortable On previous stays I have been roomed at the back of the hotel, however on the 2 recent stays have had rooms with view of the surrounds (thanks to Duty Manager Nguyen), and enjoyed both rooms. Staff at the front desk are very warm (even though a little slow), and porters are extremely helpful. The lobby lounge is comfortable for the after touring drink, or before venturing out at night. The only negative I found was that in the mall outside , entertainment went too late in the evening and did cause a little noise too late at night. I would certainly stay here again.
