Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel

Conveniently located hotel with lots of eating places nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable and service staff were friendly and efficient. Has rooftop swimming pool

We had a lovely stay at Silverland Hotel! The location is fantastic and very convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to Summer at Smith’s Kitchen — she was incredibly patient, attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of everytime we visited the restaurant. We really appreciated her warm service. 😊 The only minor downside was the bathtub/shower setup, as water tends to splash onto the bathroom floor while showering . Hopefully this can be improved. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Silverland Hotel. We’d be happy to stay here again!

We got a free upgrade to a bigger room and the service was great! As there were some music event opposite the hotel during our stay, and we actually requested for a room change as the music started blasting around 7am in the morning. The manager responded swiftly and made arrangements for us!

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, restaurants and public transport. This made it easy for us to get around and explore the area without spending too much time travelling. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with our requests and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their warm and courteous service definitely added to our overall experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The convenient location and attentive staff are certainly highlights, and I would be happy to consider staying here again on my next visit.

Had an awesome time staying at Silverland Ben Thanh. It was clean and located in a convenient location. Friendly staff which made check-in a pleasant experience. A bonus was also the yummy food and desserts during the tea break, my favourite was the stir fried corn. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Saigon.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated. I appreciated the multifunctional toilet! Good selection at breakfast. Location was very good with lots of restaurants around.

Hotel location is great! Many food options and Ben Thanh market right beside. While breakfast spread is simple, it changes daily which is good for us as we were there for 4 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful! Nice sweet surprise with Flowers and Wine to celebrate our Anniversary!
