"Stayed at it before airport to be nice and close, there’s lots of traditional food and I found a great coffee and performances down a side street nearby. It’s got a nice park pretty much o we the road, scales for luggage, no wrapping service I could discern but staff really nice and my room had a view"

"We stayed at the hotel after having an early flight from abroad. We checked in around 2am local time and the process waa swift. I didn't expect that the room was big for its price! Super worth it!
There are lots of nearby establishments which make me wanting to stay longer. The hotel is also like just 5minute away from the airport. This is just so good to me and surely will book again in the future."

"Location ~950 m from airport. Grab/BE e-hailing bike fee of about 11-15k VND from hotel to drop off point at the entrance of airport parking area (or Grab/BE car fee of about 35k VND till the departure gate, inclusive of airport entrance fee for car). About 15 minutes walk from/to airport.
Service - fast & smooth check in & check out.
Room - bright lights, clean, tidy, no smell with aircon, hair dryer, tv, electric kettle, slippers, complementary 2 bottled water drinks & 2 teabags, toothbrushes, shampoo & shower gel, etc.
Nice firm bed with 2 fluffy thick pillows.
Lots of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores & fruit juice kiosks outside the hotel.
Standard room (without window, but quite big) booked through Trip.com cost ~USD 17/day (other booking platforms may offer slightly cheaper price).
2 complaints:
1. No hot water at all for shower (this is not acceptable for a hotel if it is a long term problem);
2. No soap at hand washing sink/basin - one has to go to the shower cubicle to get liquid soap every time one needs to wash hands (this is also not acceptable standard for a hotel like this)."

"I had an absolutely incredible time being here, I loved how they had little bags for everyone which included a towel and a mini toiletry kit, I was in a woman only room and the best part is they have shutters so you can almost stay like it is a capsule and they also have a foldable table that you can use to literally sit and work here and they also have charging points in your sleeping area but the only challenge is if you have a luggage that is really heavy, you will have to take it up the stairs, they do help you with it but obviously it’s a bit inconvenient. They also offer luggage storage during your stay and they have continuous surveillance, they also have a small kitchen and free water available, they also have common toilets on the ground floor. I would absolutely love to stay here again, they have so many nail salons nearby and even restaurants and public transport is easily accessible. "

"Overall is ok and so far so good. However the location is just beside Bui Vien Night Walking Street, disco, bar karaoke, car and motorcycle hone and traffic happening at surrounding area causing a lot of sound pollution. The worst case would be you are very sensitive in sound pollution and the room sound proof not there yet. Sometimes difficult to sleep and this may need to improve the sound proof facilities and possible pls share this concern to customers before customer really understand the situation.
By the way, really appreciate the early check in arrangements and arrange big size room but sound proof system and facilities require to do further improvement, thank you for accommodating me."

"The hotel is in a great location and easy to find. The rooms are very affordable, and the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, at this price point, you really can't be too picky. A major bonus is its close proximity to clothing stores and the airport. Plus, there's a coffee shop just a few steps to the left right outside the hotel. Absolutely perfect!"

"This is a place you absolutely can't go wrong with; everyone can come confidently, it's pretty much exactly as described.
The location is quite good, not far from the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride.
For getting to the city center, similarly, hailing a Grab is very convenient and it's on the way.
The price is decent, and they even have rooms with three beds, which is quite interesting."

The service was particularly good; every employee we encountered after getting out of the Grab, whether at the front desk, in the room, at the ground-floor café, or the rooftop restaurant, was friendly and helpful!
Breakfast on the rooftop was very pleasant. Although the choices weren't too many, we enjoyed having pho every day, which was quite unique. I especially want to praise Tom, who was responsible for the noodles or bánh mì; he was very diligent, setting himself apart from the other staff and making breakfast even better!

Just a short walk behind the hotel is the Hilton, and there's a boat dock. Motorbikes are everywhere, making it difficult to cross the road as no one yields. The night view is prettier. I stayed with my child. The room was very old, and the floor creaked. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's a historic place, good for a look, but for a comfortable stay, you need a newer hotel.

IImmnd95Overall, we had a good stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which we greatly appreciated.
We did encounter a few things that impacted our comfort, which we wanted to mention:
The suite we booked was located directly across from the lift, which was a little disruptive. We ended up moving to a smaller room, even though we had paid for the suite.
The door lock handle on the room unexpectedly came off. While they did fix it very quickly on the same day, it was a bit of a surprise.
The gym was quite hot and stuffy; some improved ventilation or air-conditioning would make it much more pleasant to use.

The service provided by all the staff was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
The hotel itself is very conveniently located. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you’re heading to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, or just strolling around the city center, everything is easily accessible without the need for a taxi or Grab.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—it offered a good variety of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious.
What stood out the most to me was the level of care and hospitality shown by the staff. It made a big difference and contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to staying here again in the future.

AAnonymous UserI was originally scheduled to leave Ho Chi Minh City for Cambodia on August 21st. However, due to policy changes, I had to cancel my trip to Cambodia, so I ended up staying a few extra days in HCMC before returning home. My usual hotel (of the same chain) was fully booked, which led me to this particular branch.
The hotel's location was inaccurately marked on the map, making it incredibly difficult to find. We spent a long time searching, and even though it's supposedly right by the roadside, their map directions were completely unhelpful.
Once we finally located it, the check-in process was riddled with issues. We had trouble getting into our room, tried contacting staff online but received no response, and it took a long time to even get properly settled in.
Overall, the environment, check-in process, and the entire experience were quite disappointing. To make matters worse, there's what seemed to be a karaoke bar (KTV) right next door, with singing continuing until the early hours of the morning, severely disrupting our sleep.
I definitely do not recommend this specific hotel. I suggest trying its sister property, 'Central Living Hotel', instead.
