Ulasan Quy Hung Hotel Central

Pros: -Friendly staff -Good location: near heaps of restaurants and a lovely spa across Cons: -The room booked wasn’t available. The front desk staff informed us the guest will extend his stay until 10PM. That was unacceptable knowing their has been reservations made days prior. We weren’t happy about the change. -The air conditioning unit wasn’t strong enough to cool the room. You can feel the heat especially in the afternoon.

The room are spacious and clean. The kids love the room colour combination and will come back to stay again.

Un cauchemar!! Chambre réservée pour 2 nuits. Arrivés à l'hôtel à 9h, impossible de prendre la chambre avant 14h30. Communication très difficile avec le personnel. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, elle était sale. Aucun thé ou dosette de café pour une chambre soi-disant Deluxe. Présence de sécrétion humaine sur la baignoire rouge!!!!!! Champignons au plafond de la salle de bain, portes sales, sol sale!! Wi-Fi de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons décidé de fuir l'hôtel quand nous nous sommes aperçu que les draps du lit n'avaient pas été changés, pleins de longs cheveux noirs au fond du lit , tâches noires sur les draps. Et un gros cafard qui traverse la chambre 🙄😱 Impossible de télécharger les photos pour prouver tout cela!! Dommage

정말이지 위치빼고는 최악이었네요 5층에트숙했는데 바퀴벌래소굴이있어요 정말 말이안나올정도로 만은 바퀴벌래를 보았네요 시설또한 정말안좋았네요 다시는 가고쉽지안은 호텔이네요

방에 에어컨, 위생상태가 좋은편이 아닙니다..... 벌레도 있어요.... 청소도 제대로 안합니다....

대체로 ㄱㅊ은듯합니다 가볍게 잠자기 좋은곳 바로옆에 나질 클럽도 있어서 전 나름대로 만족합니다. 다른분들도 한번 들려서 이용해보셍요

위치좋고 가격대비만족하나 직원의 친절에 너무 감사하다 호치민 와이프고향방문할때 가끔 1박하지만 자주올거같다 감사합니다

服務態度很好

Do not book this hotel. The room was not fully clean and looked rather tacky with poor cracked painting. The bed was very thin and as solid as a rock. We checked in at around 7 pm, dropped our bags in the room, had a look around, and then went out straight away. We got back to find a cockroach in our room. We grabbed our stuff and left the room. We spoke to the receptionist who didn't seem at all bothered that there were cockroaches in our room and acted as if it was a regular thing. We asked for a full refund. This was at approximately 11pm. After some waiting, the receptionists stated he would give us a full refund, but he didn't have enough money at the time. we agreed to come back the next day to collect our refund. We come back the next day to be told that they would only refund us one night out of our two night stay as we had stayed in the room from 7pm to 11pm and that they would have only refunded the full thing if we requested it within five minutes of getting into our room. Throughout the "refund process" the receptionist was less than helpful, wasnt apologetic at all and kept trying to say that we did in fact stay at the hotel (the 4 hours we were checked in) so would only give us a one day refund when we had booked for 2 nights. The fact they wouldn't fully refund us is absolutely disgusting given the fact that there was a cockroach in our room. Do not stay here!

The rooms look nothing like the pictures and smells like human waste. Shower was broken and barely usable. Cockroaches in the room and when staff were made aware they did nothing. Awful experience!!!!
