Good service. staffs are friendly and helpful

Its a small / medium size old hotel building located at the center area of district 1. Single receptionist at the counter. Room size is of standard size even though booked a deluxe room stated as 32m2, where the room given is more of around 22m2 size room. Nothing fancy in the room and the bed mattress is quite old as can feel the mattress is more worn down. Basic toilet amenities provided but the room slipper is of "Japanese" rubber slipper worn by many guest and doubt it has been washed or sterilized for use. The hotel is very basic and the room is more like budget hotel standard for the price which is noted lower compared to other hotels surrounding the area which are higher.

It was dirty and not cleaned at 2:00 PM. I changed rooms.

The room is ok, location is good near the attraction places and many restaurant and coffee shop

The room was dirty on arrival, there was a half drank water and slippers left in the room as well lots of dust. However it’s close to good restaurants and pubs.

Cleanless , no service

Nice stay. This is out second time to stay at Dyn Opera Hotel. Location is near by Opera House and Ho Chi Minh Hall. When we arrived, the hotel lobby is under renovation and dusty. But, the staff apologized many times for the inconvinience caused.

Great location…but that’s about it. The faucets leaked the air con was really weak…but the area was fantastic!

All is badly

It's located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, just a short walk from the Opera House. The location is great, but it feels a bit old, and considering the cost, it's okay.

The room environment is very good, but the front desk service attitude is too bad. I changed to room number 5 because I had stayed there before, but I was given room number 1. I thought it was the same, but it turned out to be a twin bed. Why would I live in a twin bed by myself? I went downstairs to ask him to change back to room 4, and she was very unhappy 😡
