Good area as it is inside the Saigon Center, lots of places walkable around as long as you’re ok with the humid heat.
Amenities are good, they use the Centuryion gym in the mall and it is huge and lots of selection of equipment, outdoor pool is shared with Solara hotel.
Hotel breakfast was superb, many options and good quality
Room was nice and beds were comfortable
Recommend staying here

Everything is good. Hospitality and cleanliness. It is right in the centre of the city. Also, they provided us with a early check in which was a bonus browniee. Love the stay.

Located in a high end mall, with lots of restaurants in the mall and outside. Beautiful hotel, stylish with high quality fittings. Free pantry with fruit, coffee and biscuits, plus free bar with soft drinks. Lovely and sizeable pool and jacuzzi. Superb location, a few minutes away from the main tourist areas. Excellent customer service.

The staffs were really nice and friendly even though there isn’t any free upgrade rooms during that time but they gave us complimentary breakfast and simple decoration of the room and with a handwritten card and chocolate for the birthday. Thank you so much and their services were really good. Awesome and the location is at the mall, takashimaya.
Thank you Mr Huy Tran, front office manager for the preparation and services provided. They will greet all hotel guests when they walked past.

The location is superd and lots of eatery surroundings. Rooms are relatively new and well designed. The breakfast was good and lots of variety with good view. Shopping mall just within the building. Everywhere is walkable.

The hotel has great location and facility. Good value for what it offers. We had friends trying to drop their luggage in our room and get freshened up on the first day for a few minutes , but it was stoped by the staff as they need to keep their passport during the time that they are in the room. First time that this happens.

Amazing hotel. Love the location as it is walking distance to all main attraction and sites in the city.
Located inside the Saigon centre made it super convenient for food and shopping. Rooms were well thought out and clean. Interior of rooms and hotel was nice and tastefully done. We had the corner suite with the 2 bedrooms and the view of the city. Breakfast at the hotel was really good and all the staffs were really attentive, friendly and speaks good English. Staff name Thanh is very efficient and always serves with a smile.
Even though gym is shared with a gym inside mall, access was not a problem. Do try out the 4Ps pizza on same level as gym. We tried the 4ps near Ben Thanh market though. Do make reservation as they are always full. There’s Belgos across the street fr main Saigon centre entrance for craft beer as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a 5 star hotel the toilet paper they offer was unbearable. All most like the ones you get from the gas station frankly this really downgrades the experience

Great convenient location in District 1, right above Takashimaya, there are many restaurants & shops in the Saigon Centre. The room is cozy, clean & nicely designed. The staffs are very friendly, professional and great service. I’ll definitely stay here when I come back to HCM again. Highly recommended hotel !

The hotel is located at a very convenient location and you can find any thing you need inside the shopping mall downstairs, even important amenities like cash exchange (with good rates), supermarkets and lots of great restaruants. However, the entrance of the hotel is hidden inside the mall and not very grand like a 5-star hotel.The rooms are stylish and nicely decorated but a bit smaller compared to other hotels in the same price range.
Despite all these minor shortcoming, the hotel provide great amenities and travellers should reserve some time to enjoy them. Their breakfast has a great make-to-order buffet menu and it's located at the top floor with great view and should not be missed. The pool is very nice and has superb view of the Bitexco Tower. Their gym is operated by California Gym spanning 3 floors, and hotel guests can even join yoga and spining classes, or book a 1-on-1 boxing session.
