I recently stayed at the Cochin Zen Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. One of the highlights of my stay was the roofdeck pool, which provided an amazing view of the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend the Cochin Zen Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything so professional here, from the reception to breakfast buffet, the staff is very friendly let us stay until 8pm check out , very late check out time…. The breakfast consist of vietnamese traditional foods, i loved it… and especially the coffee come out by phin with condensed milk, very traditional vietnamese style coffee, the only thing i didnt like is the room, so mall, tiny room, bed is comfy though… i slept well…

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

Hotel is situated in District 3 of Saigon and is of close proximity to District 1. While hotel price is on the lower end, it felt pricey for what I have paid for. The check in was smooth, there is a lobby drop off which drivers will missed if they are not familiar with the place. The room was small but there is a bathtub in the room. The bathtub had some stains on it. Water pressure for shower is ok. The bed was normal, neither great or bad. But the sound proofing of the room is terrible. I could hear noises from outside when my room is not even facing the road. I could also hear voices from my neighbour in the room beside me. I had a terrible sleep. Sleep quality was poor. I would not recommend staying here. The hotel has a maybach to make it look posh but it isn’t.

Our stay at Bay Hotel is comfortable. The room is clean and tidy while the air conitioner works well so that we had a nice sleep at night. On top of that, the breakfast is wonderful with a variety of food on the table. The swimming pool on the top floor is rather small. A lot of restaurants nearby but the location is around 15-minute walk from the centre of the city.

Location- ideally situated in downtown Saigon. Super near Saigon Center, Takasimaya, Ben Thanh Market, Rex Hotel, Opera House, Cityhall, Cafe Apartment. Hotel- big room, nice view of the city, nice pool and rooftop bar, warm and helpful staffs Breakfast- vast selection, good coffee, menu differs daily

I appreciated the various room options available. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and provided useful information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions.: My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and a variety of pillows to choose from. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the UNLIMITED complimentary bottled water. The hotel boasts a range of amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city skyline and was a great spot to relax. The complimentary breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with its diverse selection of fresh and tasty options. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day.

This hotel has everything that you ever need (cooking utensils, stove, boiler, microwave, shampoo and shower gel), located in a convenient location with family mart. Breakfast provided as well. It's my second time back to this place and I'll always choose this hotel anytime when I'm in Saigon.

Booked this particular hotel as I wanted a pool. Although a little overpriced. Went to the skybar for a drink, no menus on table, was shown drinks menu in a electronic tablet, ordered a small tiger beer. Thought it was 50k, ordered another 1ltr tiger draught 250k, again overpriced, but thought would be easier. When asked for the bill was given total of 542,850! They charged 120 and 350k for the drinks, AND tax on top of that! Queried and argued with manager who agreed to give me 20% ”discount”. Paid in disgust, to sort out with hotel manager in morning. Aircon in room not cool at night. Called to have it looked at nothing they could do. They put up a sign on lift in the morning advising pool cannot be used until the following day due to a wedding! Had they told me yesterday pool was unavailable I would not have checked in!!!! Spent 2 hours with asst manager and telephoning manager, asking for a refund or extended checkout. Would not provide. Eventually agreed to extended checkout after a few hours. This hotel/bar falsely advertises facilities, could have advised pool not available, then STEALS from guests by advertising a price and charging something completely different. I have not experienced anything like this in any other hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Ohh and today was advised doing lift maintenance, will be 30 mins, 4 hours later no lift, had to walk with luggage from 6th floor. No hotel staff assistance. Eventually got correct change from drinks money stolen AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It is a very big hotel and very centralized.. you can walk to Vin on centre for around 10 mins..near the hotel there are a few bar and restaurant .. they play very loud music which I stay in 9th floor and I still can hear it! Went to eat at a restaurant nearby which is not bad
