Hotel berhampiran Parish Chau Nam, Ho Chi Minh City

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

Amazing stay in Japanese style! We loved everything in this very hotel. Lobby and rooms are nice decorated, the service is great, the stuff is very helpful! The location is also very good, you can easily get to everywhere you want ! Little jacuzzi on the rooftop is great plus there is a bar nearby. The price is quite affordable in comparison with other hotels in this area

we verbleven 3 nachten in Roseland centa hotel. Mooie en comfortabele kamers , uitgebreid ontbijtbufet, goede ligging. De grootste troef van dit hotel is het onthaalpersoneel. Zij doen alles wat in hun mogelijkheden ligt om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bijvoorbeeld; Long raadde ons aan om naar het vuurwerk te gaan kijken vanop het dak van Roseland Sweet Hotel en reserveerde ons een VIP tafel, we vroegen 2 extra hoofdkussens en die werden in een oogwenk gebracht, … Speciale dank aan Long, Niran en Tai.

Booked Nicecy Boutique because its near ben thanh market and the 'malaysian street' - like just few minutes away . For muslims especially that want to find a hotel that is nearby halal foods, Nicecy is a convenient and nice hotel to choose(you dont have to choose a hotel that is directly opposite the halal foods area but instead, just few minutes walk if you choose any hotel that is outside the street) However, we do need to take few steps up the stairs to enter the hotel but it is still recommendable, even for elderly(except those with difficulty to climb up) I booked this room for the space, based on the photo but in actual, its slightly smaller but its still spacious for 2 paxs though . The suite is clean and have almost everything in the room except iron board(i didnt need it anyway so its not a problem during this trip) The bathroom is complete with full toiletries too . We can also watch netflix via our own acct . We couldnt find the 'do not disturb' sign, hence the housekeeper came everyday to clean and topup the necessary . They changed the towels everyday too . Appreciate it actually . 👍 My booking came with breakfast, however i managed to dropby once due to busy schedule . The breakfast is a non-halal concept but you can still have simple breakfast of bread, cereal and such but you can skip the breakfast option in your booking if you think its not worth . The reception staffs can speak english well so do not have to worry if you have anything to enquire . They are friendly and helpful too . 👍 Overall, its a wonderful experience here . Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

The room is very beautiful. The blanket and mattress are very fragrant, sleep is very good and comfortable. I really like this room

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

We recently had the pleasure of staying, and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all our expectations. The communication with Tung was truly exceptional. He was not only prompt in his responses but also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed right from the moment we booked. His clear instructions, thoughtful guidance, and helpful tips made the entire check-in process so easy. Tung went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free stay, and his hospitality really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Before check in, the service provider provided very useful information through WhatsApp on eating in the surroundings and what taxi provider to choose from to commute from the airport. He was also kind enough to provide temporary luggage storage for a few hours on the day of check out.

The apartment was nice, spotless. The host was Very helpful and friendly, easy to contact. They were always there when I needed their help. I will come back in September. I highly recommend.
