Hotel berhampiran Henna Art Hoi An, Hoi An

Stanza grande e pulita. Purtroppo la parete tra bagno e camera con evidente problema di umidità e quando tornavamo si sentiva puzza di muffa (e la parete in sé è macchiata). Per il resto nulla da reclamare, migliorerei le bici perché sono davvero pesanti da guidare (sono gratuite ma un po' di manutenzione è necessaria), qualche opzione in più per la colazione per chi predilige quella dolce come noi europei. Staff veramente molto gentile, non tutti parlavano inglese ma si facevano capire. Spesso c'era un forte odore di cibo nelle scale e hall, ma abbiamo notato che in tutti gli hotel a gestione familiare è così (cucinano nella cucina che è al piano terra e l'odore si spande ovunque). Vicino al centro di Hoi An, una decina di minuti/un quarto d'ora massimo. Consigliato!

Great location. Far enough away from the evening noise of the Old Town but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We had 7 nights in Hoi An and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The Truc Loc Villa is a perfect choice for all travellers whether for a couple of days to a week. They organised an airport pickup at a very reasonable price which was added to the room bill.   Located near to a number of good breakfast cafes such as Ellie's and Thom Sourdough. Rooms are clean and spacious and Nana has a lot of useful suggestions for excursions should you wish. There is a coffee shop next to reception and a small splash pool and a couple of sunbeds out front. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and TV with ample channel choices. Highly recommend 

Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

Cleanliness of room, pool, garden is perfect. It makes me feel relaxed. The best of hoian historic is very friendly helpful staffs. They create welcoming atmosphere to this hotel. Though there is no staff speaks Japanese, I would recommend Japanese tourists!

Very good 3 star hotel! The location is AMAZING!! Perfect spot away from all the tourists and in a beautiful local neighborhood that you can see thenlife of the locals. Just 4 minutes walk to the main streets and old town of Hoi An. All the girls at the reception were super nice! We had a small problem with our aircondition in our first room and the next day the moved us to another one. Whatever we needed they were next to us! The breakfast choices are not so many but just enough. We left happy :)

The hotel is great value for money and have many amenities. Bicycles are free for use. Dores helped us a lot and kept our luggages safe after our check out and before our returning in late afternoon, and she also allowed us to use the shower facilities even after checked out.

One word - FANTASTIC!!!! Only spent 1 night here regrettably as I should have booked at least 3 nights. Let’s view the pros first - simply a beautiful hotel with wonderful staffs - from 1 day before my check in, the hotel staff WhatsApp me on the details etc. Very 5 star treatment! - upon arrival, my family and I were treated like VVIPs. The customer relations officer explained on the details of my check in and ushered us to our rooms personally. Another 5 star treatment! - location of the hotel is just right in front of the riverside. It’s about 300-400m to the Hoi A memories show. Really convenient! - breakfast was superb. Very good spread as well as quality. - hotel amenities are top notch! From swimming pool to free bicycle rental. - very clean, neat and tidy rooms. - beds, pillows, cleanliness are really among the 5 star le meridian or grand Hyatt standard. - the staffs are really attentive to your needs. Very very impressive! Now the cons: - NONE that I could think of! Wonderful and great experience from this hotel. I’ve travelled quite a bit, stayed in 5 star hotels across the globe and I can say that this hotel leaves a great memorable experience for me and my family. Thank you again Ms. Lee and the team. I highly recommend Bamboo Riverside Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An. It's truly a haven of peace and relaxation in this charming city. Bamboo Riverside Resort offers a range of facilities to cater to every need. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool overlooking the river, indulge in a soothing massage at the spa, or enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine at the on-site restaurant. The resort also offers complimentary bicycles for guests to explore the surrounding area at their leisure.

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con. The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town. Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids.
