Good room for reasonable price - clean and large. Helpful and friendy stuff. Location is good - not too far from the center and not so busy amd loud.

The room is clean, the staff here are very enthusiastic. The villa is also right near the market and old town. Breakfast is also delicious.

If for you not so important where to sleep and choosing cheap price it is good. Not good. It’s better. Oh, sorry, not better. It’s hotel the best. Ok, sure I am joking. If little bit more serious so it’s cozy home stay with hospitality mistress of the house. I liked all. Start from room and without finish. Just liked and dote. I stayed one night at Gio Chieu Homestay. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and excellent. They had a nice swimming pool and a nice rooftop. The location is close to Hoi An Town; it takes about 5 minutes to get to Hoi An Town by bicycle. The owner helped me to recommend some beautiful places. I will come back to Hoi An and will stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough it is run and recently been taken over by young married couple Luke and Mihn in my opinion it’s outstanding one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in this far $15 New Zealand tonight it has a beautiful swimming pool a barbecue area if you want to make your own food cook your own food there’s an outstanding coffee shops directly across the road like $1.50 for the most decadent coffee and the rooms are extremely clean the bedding is immaculate 100% cotton which in this heat you really need the air-conditioner works a treat there is Wi-Fi there is breakfast included if you wish to purchase it I think for an extra three dollars New Zealand and again the cleanliness is outstanding services 10 out of 10 the environment is 10 out of 10 Location is incredible five minutes from the beach the old town hoii an It’s just minutes away we hired a scooter from Luke which is fantastic easy he brings it to you you leave it here it’s brilliant and I think it’s cause it’s like eight dollars a day and we’ve done so much exploring of this beautiful beautiful little city there is so much to see we plan on staying one night we’ve been here for and plan on staying another two at least so yeah I would highly recommend these guys supporting the local owner operator business is key there is beautiful and beautiful fruit tree a five star I think the food is called it’s just so Yum and so fresh again recommend 10 out of 10 for this Hotel wouldn’t say anywhere else it’s brilliant absolutely brilliant Luke and Mihn I went out back and call anything we need they just get it for us obviously we don’t push it because we don’t need anything if we want it it’s there if we don’t it’s not so it’s brilliant it’s just brilliant I have so in love it highly recommend 10

Posto incantevole e poco turistico a due passi dal centro storico di Hoi An. Sulla spiaggia ci sono tantissimi locali carini dall’atmosfera rilassata. Consigliato!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, simple, propre et spacieux. Très bien pour le prix payé. Dommage que la propriétaire nous ait fait croire qu’il n’y avait plus de bateau pour Cham island afin de « gratter » une nuit supplémentaire. En se débrouillant seuls nous avons pu partir le jour même sur l’île … ayant perdu une demie journée. Le genre de petite arnaque que l’on aime pas.

Прелестная вилла недалеко от моря. Уютный номер со всем необходимым. Хорошее обслуживание, очень доброжелательный персонал. Софи - отдельное спасибо за организацию недорогого трансфера в аэропорт рано утром. Бассейн - для тех, кто неуверенно чувствует себя на волнах)

Хорошая вилла, вроде свежая, но местами потрёпанная. Стены грязные в холле, грязные в номере, диван на рецепции в пятнах. Окна в разводах. Жили две ночи и у нас никто за это время не убрался, не доложил отсутствующие предметы. Номер был на троих, а полотенец выдано на двоих. Постельное белье не белое, ощущение что застиранное. На потолке пятна от воды. На телевизоре и вайфае пыль давнюшняя. Номера красивые, стильные, современные, но вот эти мелочи, очень огорчают. Стены местами подкрасить займет 5 минут.

The hosts were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to find ginger ale for my wife. The breakfasts in the morning were great. The laundry came back clean and folded on the same day. On the whole, we were very sad to leave
