Ulasan Brother Villa Hoi An

We are very happy with this accomodation. It’s a small hotel but its homey, the rooms are well equipped - TV, safe box... the staff are very warm. Our room is at the top floor with a balcony, distant from the busy and walkable old town, so peaceful. There’s basic hotel complimentaries as bottled water, toiletries (toothbrush with toothpaste, soap and shampoo and offers daily room clean-up and change of towels. The receptionist Nyi @EliseM is welcoming and friendly, converses well in English and ready to offer you anything from trips and trasportation to local food recommendations.

The location is great being in the old town. A 5 minute walk from the night market and boats with lanterns. The room was small but very well kept and modern. Bathroom was very nice.

Biggest problem was the sheets in the bed felt damp and they towels in the bathroom, very damp 

I’m impressed with the impeccable service from the receptionist (Ben) who is very friendly & helpful in all my enquires as he can also converse in English competently. The place is cozy, and my room is very clean and new and everything works just fine as what u get is what u actually sees in their advertising pictures! My room is actually on the 1st floor next to the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool is small and only good for a cool dip from the hot weather in Hoi An during summer season now. This place is not too far from the old Hoi An town and u can take a leisurely 10 mins walk or cycle, as free bicycle rental is provided for its guests. At night the surrounding areas will start to bustle with activities with many eateries opening and also a nearby spa to pamper u all day and night at reasonable charges. I highly recommend this place for its ambience and standards of accommodation that is at a decent price. No regrets staying here for the 2 nights I spent in Hoi An!

Good one

Good stay at Hoi An. The staffs are very friendly and is walkable distance to old town and nearby shophouses. Many things ti see nearby.

The pice is cheap, but the room is a bit smaller than my expectation, there is no space for our luggages. However it is very close to the center of Hoi An.

We arrived late in afternoon, when we check in bed sheet in our room seem like have been used, but the replaced when we asked, overall good experience

Dirty room but the hotel staff was kind to upgrade us to the better room but still need to do something with the cleanliness.

Stayed 3 nights in a family room which had ample room. Good facilities but without any dining option but a convenient local eatery just a few metres away. Very convenient to stroll to the old town but far away enough to be quiet and away from the crowd. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again on another visit.

A very nice, relaxed stay. The location is near, but not too near, the old town. The rooms are clean and simple. Limited English service, but friendly and accommodating staff Free bicycle usage that’ll let you explore the nearby area. The price is very reasonable and I’d stay again if passing through.

Very friendly staff, helped us with any of our problems, like renting scooters for example. Room was clean and tidy with a nice bathroom. For the price I couldn't have asked for any better.
