very good hotel with good prices. especially i was grateful to the reception offer me breakfast even at 4am.

It was a great experience

Hotel is good but they make many tricks , when I check out they charge me 200 bolivariano, because they said I was using their coffee and water , in fact instant coffee is not shown the price on table , at least nobody know that’s not free ! And water on the table they didn’t tell me that’s cost extra money ! This is very bad tricks ! Not good way to charge service cost !

The hotel is beautiful… it inspires a sense of tranquility. It's clean and its beds are very comfortable.

The room is a little smaller, but very clean and tidy. It has a beautiful view of SANTA CRUZ city outside. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel and there is a restaurant next to the supermarket. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Staff are kind and helpful. I found the restaurant a little expensive. The only point to be improved: at breakfast it was uncomfortable for flies to enter the room every time the automatic door leading to the pool area was opened. You would have to turn it off at this time. The pool was also very busy with events and I couldn't use it a few times.
