Very nice staffs and good services

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent service from everyone that works there. They helped us with restaurants, shopping, and adventures. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

内装は綺麗にされておりました。 スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、とても気持ちよく宿泊できました。 ホイアンの旧市街までは、徒歩15分と少し時間がかかりました。 宿泊費はとてもリーズナブルなので、バックパッカーにはとてもお勧めします。

직원 친절하고 올드타운 초입이라 위치는 좋지만 아무래도 오래된 건물이라 나름관리는 잘하지만 쪼매 레트로한 느낌이랄까요 그래도 좋은 추억 만들 수 있는곳 인것 같네요.

Sue at the front desk was so helpful. Answering all my questions before we arrives and helped out with transport from Da Nang train station. 7min walk to old town or a cheap trip om the electric buggies. Awesome interconnecting rooms for family of 4. Reasonable prices. Beds comfortable and breakfast was yummy.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and there were flying bugs regularly in the room particularly around the shower and sink area. The bath tub was filled with sand and I had not gone to the beach which was not pleasant. The breakfast options are limited compared to other hotels I stayed in throughout Vietnam. You can get your choice of eggs, toast, fresh fruit and a few Asian dishes but it rarely changes. There is only one lift meaning you can be waiting for quite some time before getting to and from your room. The location of the hotel is a good walk into the old town which is convenient. It's also a short scooter to the beach. And multiple stores nearby for snacks. The staff were also friendly and welcoming however the air conditioning is not kept on continuously in the hotel lobby and is only turned on when someone is sitting there. The room size is decent and there is a generous size roof top pool. Upon checking out, I was given a bill for two waters that were apparently used from the mini bar. I had not used these and they had instead seen my complimentary waters that I had put in the fridge. After explaining that I did not use anything from the mini bar, they removed these from the bill.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Lorna was so accommodating nothing was too much trouble. From the welcoming smile every morning to helping with rides and things to do.

Awesome service, can't speak highly enough for the staff. Great service and clean and tidy hotel. 10min to Ancient town, very handy 😊

We stayed here as part of a g adventure tour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size and clean and the pool was a bonus, although construction work was going on whilst we stayed. The hotel was well placed and a 15 minute walk from the centre. A good stay .

Lovely hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Staff very attentive throughout our stay. Nice room on 4th floor. Breakfast good. Sorted all our arrangements efficiently. Increased our stay by another night and would definitely stay again.

Uptown Hotel in HoiAn is amazing! We stayed 3 nights and the location was fantastic and the staff were even better. We felt like we were part of the family. Our every need was attended to with a smile. The rooms were bright and spacious- very comfortable & quiet with a small balcony on the back of the building. Breakfast was lovely with cooked eggs, omelettes or whatever you’d like each morning. We borrowed bikes for free and cycled the easy 4km to An Nang Beach area. So beautiful and lovely to escape he hustle and bustle of HoiAn for a chilled out vibe. People are so friendly everywhere we go. If going to HoiAn, we highly recommend the beautiful family at UpTown. You will be in good hands with them. Enjoy!!

We stayed 3 nights and loved our experience. The hotel is amazing with a good location, 10 minutes walk from the old town and 10 minutes by bike from the beach. Very clean room. In the end the best thing about this hotel is those who work there. Coup de coeur for the staff that are attentive, smiling and generous. Don't hesitate to ask them questions, they are so happy to tell us about the city and the activities to do. Thank you for everything - Gabriel & Gabrielle

My partner, 2 kids (22 & 19) and I stayed at Uptown for 3 nights whilst we explored Hoi An and surrounds. The service and attention provided by the beautiful staff including Nhan, Lona and Nina was second to none. We cannot recommend this place enough. It is a very short walk to Ancient Town, there are plenty of eateries nearby too if you want to try somewhere closer. Close to ATMs too. The rooftop pool is pretty cool with a good bird’s eye view of the neighbourhood. Thank you to Nhan and your whole team. We will definitely be back!
