Ulasan Bellerive Hoi An Hotel and Spa

Variation of food, friendly and good service from hotel staffs and from managers. Room and others are really clean. Really good spa. Vietnam Tango Marathon 2024 take 80 rooms but hotel make all of us satisfied and happy with service. We would love to come back to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and spa.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay and found the staff and accommodation excellent. The hotel is very peaceful & only a 12min Grab or Taxi ride A$5 to the Old Town & walking distance to local restaurants & beach. We particularly wanted to thank Tuan, Thuy & the reception staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

KS mới, rất đẹp, hồ bơi ngắm sông rất thích, các bạn nhân viên từ lễ tân tới phục vụ bếp siêu dễ thương. Cám ơn anh Thắng quản lý khối phòng đã hỗ trợ với những trải nghiệm đẹp 😊 - Phòng mới, rất sạch đẹp, view tuyệt vời - Buffet sáng và nhà hàng trưa rất ngon - Các bạn nhân viên rất rất dễ thương 😊

Đã nghỉ dưỡng ở nhiều khách sạn khác nhau ở Hội An, nhưng thực sự Belleriver đã mang lại cho mình 1 trải nghiệm thực sự đáng nhớ và tuyệt vời, căn phòng view biển và sông rất đẹp và chill, mọi thứ đều tinh tế và chỉnh chu, nhân viên chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình. Xứng đáng nơi nghỉ dưỡng đẳng cấp. Nhất định sẽ quay lại lần nữa

- Vị trí: khách sạn nằm gần biển Cửa Đại nhưng cũng khá gần khu trung tâm (tầm 15 phút đi xe máy) nên khá tiện lợi cho việc đi lại. - Tiện nghi: + Phòng cực sạch, balcony rộng và hướng sông nên gió thổi rất mát. + Phòng tắm sử dụng thiết bị của Grohe đẹp và hiện đại. Tuy nhiên không phân khu vực tắm vòi sen riêng nên mình cảm thấy hơi bất tiện nếu có người lớn tuổi đi cùng. + Nhà hàng cực rộng, thức ăn sáng phục vụ theo dang Alacarte nên sẽ không phong phú theo kiểu buffe thường gặp. Cá nhân mình lại thích bữa sáng dạng này hơn. + Khu vực bar/coffee của nhà hàng cực chill vừa có view pool vừa có view sông, lại có thêm dạng cà phê cá Koi + Hồ bơi: được thiết kế dạng infinity nên rất rộng và rất sạch, vừa bơi vừa ngắm sông rất là relax luôn. + Điểm mình thích nhất ở khách sạn là rất nhiều cây xanh, và có nhiều góc xanh tại các tầng, nên không gian. - Staff: nhân viên cực nice, thân thiện và helpful nha.

Loved loved loved it. It was amazing. We had a great time. Hotel had shuttle to night market two ways and to beach. Reception was helpful and nice. We were always welcomed. We enjoyed services offered by hotel. We had a free macrame class and a bycicle tour which we enjoyed tremendously. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Cycling in rice fields. Cannot recommend it more

Comfortable with lots of facilities. Staffs are helpful and sincere. The view is amazing and close to the coastal line. Good to enjoy the spa with such a relaxing atmosphere there. Highly recommend to stay for at least a night to take a short break in your trip!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, beautiful design and delightful service. I knew I wanted to return from the moment I stepped in. The pool has lovely chairs for adults to lounge and a bigger space for kids to play in. The spa was very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were all extremely kind and attentive. And they have the most adorable pair of fancy tiny dogs in the lobby.

We recently stayed at Bellerive and can honestly say that it was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip across Vietnam. The hotel is very new and modern, with fantastic facilities. The spa treatments were reasonable and the best we have ever had! The staff went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. The extra touches, such as the shuttle bus, lounge access and afternoon tea and canapes were wonderful. Thank you to all the fantastic staff for the best stay.

Great Great accommodation. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Very friendly staff (Nhan, Hoang, Do.. everyone). I definitely want to visit again. Recommend familys couples friends. Great great accommodation.

We had an absolutely delightful 6-night stay at the five-star hotel in Hoi An with our small family. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and family-friendly atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the amenities, especially the pool and kids' club, provided endless entertainment for our child. The dining options were exquisite, offering a variety of delectable dishes. The serene surroundings made this experience truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for an indulgent and family-friendly retreat.

We recently stayed at the Bellerive for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Even before arriving the communication with James the manager was first class, from organising hotel transfers as well as a driver for a day trip and answering any questions we had promptly. The hotel was beautifully presented, modern and very clean. Our rooms facing the river were very spacious and comfortable. While there was a complimentary shuttle to the Old Town, taxis were easy to come by and inexpensive. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a vast variety of options and couldn't get enough of the iced Vietnamese coffee. We loved the ability to use the hotel bicycles at anytime to explore the area. The day spa facilities were beautiful and treatments very reasonably priced. All the staff were very attentive to us, but would like to make a special callout to Ms Thao at the front desk, Mr Quy or driver and Ms Thuy in the restaurant who remembered our morning drink order and delivered it without even requesting it. Exceptional service. Would definitely stay at The Bellerive next time in Hoi An and recommend it to family and friends.

Everything was wonderful! We were particularly happy with the spa! We also liked the lying beds that were sunk in the water. The breakfast was the most varied one I have ever seen!! We were amazed that they even had a shoe polishing machine for free!!
