Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Hoi An

The Phu Thinh Resort and Spa was conveniently located on the main road that takes you to the Old town. They offered great value for money. The Old Town is a twenty minute walk or easily accessible by taxi or motorcycle (which you can rent)- the hotel will assist with both. Night time offers the best views and interaction with shop keepers, vendors and restaurants in the Old Town. The people everywhere are friendly and proud of their city. The resort offered a great base to see and experience all Hoi An had to offer.

Mark and Julie were amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly we learned so much about Hoi An from them!! The location is perfect if you want to see all the sites Hoi An has to offer. We took the hotel bikes around town and they helped us plan what we wanted to do for the day. The front desk was so helpful! Could not have better things to say about this hotel!

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

The resort is well maintained and the gardens and outdoor areas are very pleasant. We had a first floor villa overlooking the pool. Although the room was large and nicely decorated there was little space for clothes and we ended up with the suitcases on the floor where we took our clothes as we needed them. There were many options for breakfast and a station cooking eggs, omelettes etc. All the staff were very friendly and the service was good. The “ activity” area near the pool with a billiard table had a bar and eating area. On a very wet day we stopped there and ordered drinks which eventually arrived having been brought from the main restaurant. The afternoon tea, free as we were staying4 nights was disappointing. A shame a few small details let down the overall pleasant experience.

We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 nights and how lucky we were.The staff were all extremely friendly and those who spoke good English were sooo accomodating in every way.The grounds and pool were looked after in a magnificent way and restaurants and quality of food was sensational.Rooms were very large and we would not hesitate to return.Thankyou to all the beautiful staff especially those in photos below x

6.3~6.5일까지 2박일정을 호이안에서 보냈네요! 일단 넓고 잘 정리된 자연속에 방갈로의 룸은 너무 좋있아요. 저희는 라군 방갈로이어서 베란다로 나가면 라군이 보이는 뷰였어요. 조용하고 깨끗하고 벌레는 하나도 없었고 저녁에 도마배 두마리에 딸이 너무 좋아했어요. (방으론 들어오지 않았어요!!) 조식은 적당히 있었고 종류는 많지는 않았지만, 사실 딸이 늦잠자서 제가 몇몇가지를 룸으로 챙겨가도 되겠냐하니 접시에 잘 담아서 랩핑을 해주었습니다. 사실 서비스나 친절도는 최고였습니다. 호이안에서는 차로10뷴거리지만 셔틀이 있어서 다니는데 불편함이 없었고, 제가 충전케이블이 고장이나서 밤새 충전이 하나도 안되서 급하게 사야했는데 셔틀이 중간에 구매할수 있게 도와줘서 저의 급한 상황을 도와주었습니다. 해변도 가까워서 프라이빗한 비치를 즐겼고, 라군에서 카약도 즐길수 있었지만,딸이 늦잠을 즐기느라 아침부터 바쁘게 못 움직여서 이용을 못해본게 아쉽습니다. 다음에도 여기 찾을거 같구요!!이미 지인들에게 여기 추천하고 있습니다!! 사람들 많이 마주치지않고 조용하게 또 나의 저택같은 느낌을 즐기실려면 추천해요👍전 가성비 최고로 조용히 편하게 쉬고 왔어요!!

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

Stayed here with a couple of friends and we loved the location! It’s so convenient to get to most places by foot or Grab cars were plentiful with it arriving within 1-2 minutes usually. For in town travels, the ride will only cost $1-2USD. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but was nice to have a dip on a hot day. The rooms had a beautiful lemongrass smell to them. It’s definitely more expensive than most places in town, but would highly recommend this location where you’re close to everything, but not in the busiest part of town.

The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel. The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night. Breakfast buffet also very nice with lots of local food selections

Lobinya besar dan kesan pertama saya sangat bagus. Terima kasih kerana mendaftar masuk awal. Kolam renangnya besar dan cantik. Mengecewakan kerana ia tidak terletak di tepi lautan, tetapi pemandangan kolam renang dan kerusi berjemur di dalam hotel bagus. Lokasi dari bilik ke kolam renang adalah hebat, dan sarapan paginya sangat lazat. Tetapi ia mengecewakan bahawa tiada saluran keluar di sebelah katil. Anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Old Town dengan mudah dalam masa 20 minit. Namun, jika anda mengikut jalan yang ditunjukkan oleh Peta Google, anda akan terjumpa banyak lorong, dan saya nampak sebanyak 3 ekor lipas. ㅠㅠㅠDan ia agak menakutkan pada waktu petang . Saya sangat kecewa kerana saya hanya menginap satu malam dalam perjalanan lima malam. Jika saya pergi lagi, saya rasa saya akan tinggal di sini selama kira-kira tiga malam. Daripada tiga penginapan secara keseluruhan, ini adalah satu-satunya penginapan yang saya mahu balik ke haha. Oh, dan terdapat beberapa orang Barat, tetapi terdapat lebih ramai orang Korea. Saya pergi ke sana untuk berehat, tetapi saya fikir ia benar-benar Korea. Hampir semua orang Korea. Jumlah penilaian ialah 4 bintang. Kecuali untuk lokasi dan kakitangan Korea, ia sempurna.
