Hotel 2-Star di Shanxi, China

I dont often post reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves all the positive ratings it gets! Firstly the location is excellent, just a stones throw from the main street. In fact the whole city is easily walkable but if you struggle with mobility there are several shuttle services. Secondly the value for money is incredible, the room felt luxurious and the central courtyard is very pretty, so for the price you really cannot complain. Thirdly, and arguably most importantly the hosts are absolute sweethearts. Even though I only stayed one night, they gave me a lift to and from the train station, as well as a free bottle of local vinegar! I seriously can't recommend this place enough!!

位置超好找，離景區/老街很近，步行就能逛，出行特別方便。客棧環境安靜雅緻，庭院乾淨整潔，氛圍感拉滿。房間採光通風很好，床品柔軟乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，衞生做得特別到位。老闆人超熱情，服務貼心，會推薦本地美食和遊玩路線，像回家一樣舒服，性價比很高，下次來還選這家！

A lovely hotel in the quiet part of the Old Town, very close to South Street. Nearby you’ll find a beautiful tower and access to the ancient city walls. The staff is incredibly kind—they offer free water, stable Wi-Fi, restaurant discount coupons, and help with any request. The room is small but spotless, with consistently good hot water pressure. A charming place I’d definitely recommend! Pet-friendly, too

This hotel is very good price and clean, its location is very near to Taiyuan South Railway station. I can easily come to this hotel from Taiyuannan station by taking subway for 1 station to Xutandongjie station (Exit D1), then turn right at the road corner, then walk for 300 meters. This hotel provides all the necessary facilities (toothbrush, hair dryer, towels, water bottle, and etc. It's very good and convenient to stay in this hotel. The staff are polite and helpful, and I really appreciate their assistance. The bed is also large size and good quality nice to sleep 💤. The shower room and toilet are also very clean. I had a great experience during my 4-day stay. I will come back to stay at this hotel again next time.

ทำเลดีมาก น้องห้าเคาน์เตอร์บริการดี แต่หลายอย่างก็ต้องบริการตัวเองตามราคาที่เราจ่าย ห้องน้ำใช้งานได้ แต่มีการรั่ว มีกลิ่นนิดๆ ที่ดูไม่ดีเลย ก็คือเครื่องWIFI สายไฟเก็บไม่เรียบร้อย

It is situated next to the high speed train station and it is clearly visible from the station.. Just walk straight for about 10 mins and the hotel is reached. Front desk staff are young, friendly and smiles a lot. Room is clean with nice decoration. Bathroom is tidy and good.

The place was very clean, nice comfy beds with privacy curtains. Free snacks, free computers to use and a free laundry. Probably even more which I forgot to mention. The staff was super nice and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough! If I come back to dating I know where I will stay again!

Good location opposite the train station. Friendly reception man. Rooms sound proof to be thought of. Can hear room doors closing, people from above moving about. And for non smokers beware! After closing all the doors and windows tightly. Smoke still enters the room. Maybe need to seal the doors below. Compact room but with price paid, sacrifices needed 😊
