Location is perfect , just cross the street and you are on the beach, also fresh cookies every time you walk in and even walking out if you ask for for it , they will never let you down , also they give you bottles of water , the staff is very friendly , nice pool looking on the inter coastal , location is middle of everything you need, 5 min walk to Walmart, 7 min to Starbucks, worth it, second time to go there and I would recommend it to anyone

El checkin rápido y amable el personal, las instalaciones aceptables pero con algunos problemillas como la mesa de centro y de cenar estaban cojas” lo que las hacía inestables en cierta forma y la puerta del año dañada..cosas que pueden tener solución. En cuanto a la limpieza estaba bastante bien pero el piso de la habitación tenía arena y no estaba totalmente limpio. Camas cómodas y limpias .Ubicación excelente.

nous avons réservé at une agence un condo 3 1/2 pour le condo le point négatif c'est pa terrasse du condo qui tombe sur océan drive , très très bruyant donc il a fallu qu'ont montre au 7 pour la terrasse de l'hôtel qui est magnifique, mais nous avons jamais souper au condo ! car nous aimons souper sur la terrasse, les gens de l'hôtel sont super gentils et nous étions direct devant le GG'S super restaurant et que dire des 4a7 , non loin de là il y a le TUB magnifique bar resto sur le bord du canal

Perkhidmatannya cukup baik. Satu-satunya perkhidmatan yang diterima adalah daftar masuk dan daftar keluar sejauh hotel itu pergi. Makanannya cukup sedap. Sarapan pagi di Rise dengan harga kurang dari 15 dolar.

Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends.

The room was functional. We knew we’d be getting in late and only needed a place to sleep. We were drawn to this location for the cruise shuttle to the port of Miami (we flew into Fort Lauderdale). We were greeted by Victor when we first arrived and he was wonderfully accommodating, meeting us with smiles and jokes. Breakfast was again, functional. Nothing to write home about, but filled the wrinkle and got our morning started off okay. The price of our stay included the morning shuttle to the cruise port wrapped into it. I will say that it was decently priced for what we got. Room seemed clean, even if a bit dated and empty; it was quite spacious for laying bags out and not having to jump around. The bathroom is very small, like, uncomfortably small if you’re a remotely plus sized person. For a quick overnight, the property was fine. I would not do an extended stay here though.
