What can I say besides perfection. I wanted the whole cabn, fireplace, comfort feel and that is what we got. 2 nights in the Pandani cabin was amazing. Wallabies at our front door, beautiful snow fall and great facilities. Perfect set up for a family ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were blessed to experience snowfall on both days! We will stay here again on a future trip, we'll located close to visitor centre and bus to the mountain. Highly recommend to all and glad that I chose to stay here .

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe managed to do early check-in before official time. However, we realised the cottage was not clean at all as rubbish wasn't cleared, floors not vacuumed & towels left hanging around, likely by previous guests. So we had to return to reception to feedback & they immediately got housekeeping to do the job. Reception staff could do better with more smiles though. Cottage was quite roomy for 2 pax, but could be a bit tight if 4 pax were to stay together. Pretty basic accommodation but it was strategically located near Cradle Mountain visitor centre. Overall, a unique experience to stay in a mountain cottage like this, just that free WiFi was only available at reception & not in the cottage itself.

PPengguna TetamuWe planned to stay at this hotel 3 years ago and our plan just resumed after Covid situation is not a key concern anymore. At first, we were quite worried about what we would get from the hotel after kept reading many negative reviews; however, we made a final decision to stick to our plan and it is the right decision! Everything was just perfect for us, especially its location. - Our room is clean and cozy. It has everything we need and a log fire to make us warm after hiking the whole day under the rain and a strong wind. No tv and wifi in the room but it is not our problem. We spent our 2 nights to enjoy the nature surrounding our room and Cradle Mt National Park. A telephone signal was quite strong, so we did not need free wifi at all. - All staffs were friendly and helpful. We sent many emails to confirm our booking, ask about hotel information, and make a reservation for our breakfast/dinner. They reply us promptly and provided all information we needed. Check-in and check-out process is really quick and staffs at the reception gave us a map and suggested us the track to walk around the hotel. - Foods are not bad as we expected as many reviews mentioned. Breakfast at Highland is on average and the choice of foods is not variety which is normal for the remote accommodation. If you would like to get the best slot for your breakfast, better book a table in advance. We also tried to have both lunch and dinner at Tavern Bar on the first day and we decided to spend for our dinner at Highland Restaurant on the second day. At dinner time, it is quite packed at Tavern Bar and it took more time to wait for a food which is understandable and please be patient. Booking at Highland is required and they have only set menu which is worth to try. - Only one thing is the room rate is a little bit pricey but it is understandable. It is only the hotel located in Cradle Mt. National Park, the remote accommodation that provide the best spot to access all hiking tracks in this park. If you would like to get some short rest after long hour hiking and the most convenient stay before and after hiking in Cradle Mt, this place is the most perfect and has everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms were clean, beds comfy. The lounge room was comfy and the appliances were great. We had a great balcony with view but after a hard day of walking we rarely used it. The bathroom had a spa which can fit 2 people. The only criticism is the floor creaked a lot which I know doesn’t sound like an issue but when you get up during the night or early it wakes everyone up. I would stay here again as it was walking distance to the visitor Center. Had a great time.
