PPengguna Tetamu在民宿住了兩晚，對於我這個容易失眠的人來説，非常治癒。酒店在景點旁邊，出門看樓，推窗見果。我喜歡民宿的風格，簡約大方乾淨。早餐非常合胃口，特別是蘿蔔乾配白粥和油條，深得我心。民宿有個非常有格調的咖啡館和院子，我們兩天的咖啡都在這曬着太陽小品，愜意！民宿管家非常nice，幫我們找車，定景點門票，非常感謝。

Decided to come back again this year during our Fujian trip.
The restaurant is no longer in operation (still serve breakfast though), kind of disappointed. However, the accommodation is still as lovely as before. Very comfortable, very quiet. Best for a relaxing short trip.

PPHS65Excellent service from the lady boss and the staff. From the time I contacted her, she sent me lots of information about getting to the guesthouse. More importantly, she followed up with me to ensure that I am on the right track to the guesthouse. This was very much appreciated as I had a flight delay and that messed up my original travel plan. The lady boss was very proactive in ensuring that I find my way to the guesthouse. The lady boss' daugther is very cute and adorable. She shared part of her orange with me and when I told her that I liked it, she went off and got one for me! Even wanted to help me with my luggage but a little difficult as she's only 8 years old.
The guesthouse is located on top of a small hill and lady boss will pick up guests at the bottom of the hill; actually, in my opinion, hardly needed as it's only 10 minutes or less walk up a gentle slope but she does the pickup as part of the service that they offer.
The room is very nice and clean. The toilet is western style and has a very nice touch - spot lights are installed on the toilet ceilings and when the nights are cold, you will really appreciate the warmth from these lights after coming out from your shower!
And finally, they will drive guests out to 2 of the best viewpoints for the Tianluokeng cluster at no additional charge.

PPengguna TetamuBoss of the hotel is very friendly, happens to be off peak when we were there, boss is free to bring us around for sightseeing at the tulous and drop us back at the HSR station to go to Xiamen, he charges us a reasonable fee for the extra services. His wife cooks breakfast and dinner for us for an extra fees but it was really nice, chicken was reared and vegetables grown by themselves. Every night after sightseeing, boss will drink tea with us, really peaceful and relaxing. Please note that there isn't any lift at the hotel hence need to walk upstairs

Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table.
Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room wasn’t what we expected - pictures looked better than in person but it was a comfy room. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The room included water and heat which was needed in the winter. Everything was perfect except the bathrooms smelt bad like sewage occasionally. We think it was the drainage or the pipes so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Some moulding in there as well and there was an area behind the toilet that just kept leaking so the bathroom was very wet all the time. There could also be improvement from the shower area - door doesn’t close properly so water when showering kept spraying out. The accommodation is inside the village so it was nice to walk around in the morning and see the village wake up. Overall, room was great but bathroom was not. We ate dinner onsite but it was a bit pricey. Food was tasty but texture wasn’t to our liking. Owner was very kind and reheated our breakfast when we came down late. Also gave us a bottle of homemade rice wine when we checked out.

IIris-kaWe arrived in the afternoon from the nearby railway station called Nanjing. A little bit more than 1 hour drive. The room was a bit smaller than we imagined from the pictures but we had no problem having a good rest. We spent the evening in the courtyard playing games. In the morning the auntie working at the hotel took me for a walk in the neighborhood, there are two other tulou nearby. The owners were away on a business trip but the auntie took good care of us. She even made us breakfast at her house and brought it over to us for free. Very cool experience to live in a Tulou. Happy we found this place.

EEong limOur group of 10 pax from Malaysia stayed at this homestay for single night. What i like is the exceptional service provided during our stay. Mr and Mrs Lin goes extra miles sent and picked us back to home Inn for visit at Tianluokeng (4 dishes One Soup) Tulou at night after dinner to watch night scene. Another extra service we also requested Ms Lin to cook dinner and breakfast for our group(we don't have any mean of transportation). The dishes served was very delicious and home cooked taste and the price we paid for both dinner and breakfast was very very reasonable. I would give five star rating for services.
There are some minor problems with the room. Water pressure was very weak. Since our visit is during low season, Mrs Lin have to handle almost all tasks from checked in to cooking.

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

LLaney GanWe are booking 4 rooms here. Price is reasonable, clean room with simple layout, good environment, water heater and Aircon heater are available. Walking distance to food stalls and restaurants. Highly recommend for traveller who want to stay in hundred years tu lou.
