Stayed here for the second time with my friend. First time was great, second time even better! We were allocated a lovely twin room, clean and modern. It was the nicest room we’ve stayed in, in Blackpool. Sue the Manager was great. She was very welcoming and carried our suitcases up to the room for us (and us girls don’t travel light!). She found us extra hangers when we asked for some. Nothing was too much trouble. She even found us a little mini fridge as we’d bought some milk with us which we needed to keep cool and to top that she knocked on our day the next day with a brand new mini fridge for the room! It really was 5 star customer service and we will definitely stay here again

2nd time visiting this bed and breakfast We booked it a while ago and got a really good deal we paid £40 which I felt was very good value for money Check in was really smooth we got a call a few hours before we checked in to ask what time we would be there as it was a long drive The room was clean and tidy bed was ok the mattress was slightly firm but it's personal preference The breakfast in the morning was nice and chilled there was cereal and toast and tea and coffee which was nice All in all a nice stay and £40 was a bargain

PPengguna TetamuBooked this as cheap get away for a couple of nights. Ideal location short walk to town. Clean and tidy. Friendly welcoming staff. Was very helpful on Intial bookings with fast responses.travel cot was provide upon asking. Nice little bar down stairs with pool table which son enjoyed. Shared bathroom, has sink in bedroom with mirror and tea/coffe facilities. No breakfast or food facilities available however booking does state this as under renovation which did not affect stay. Can be noisy on the night specially with bar over road. Was hot in the room however u able to keep window open due to noise from bar. Bonus free parking available which saves alot of hassle.

We had a very nice stay at Bella Vista which is well situated for all the Blackpool sights being only a few minutes walk from the promenade and Tower. Our room was warm, comfortable, quiet and private and had everything we needed for our stay. We found Bella Vista to be a nice haven to come back to after a day out sightseeing in the cold November British weather.

Arrived early to a cheerful greeting from owner Tony.. space made straight away in the free spaces in front of the hotel for our car… Checked in by the daughter in law (sorry forgot your name).. Tony returned , asked our names which he never forgot the whole of our stay..(nice gesture) & showed us to our room which was clean,compact & comfortable… We were ready to go out for the evening & it was absolutely pouring down . Tony’s son (Jay I think?)kindly offered to ring for a taxi for us & it arrived in minutes. (No just pointing numbers out on the notice board) Bed was really comfortable,no springs poking through haha & we slept really well. The whole hotel was beautiful & warm the whole of our stay.. Breakfast was spot on. Cooked to perfection & plenty of it. John asked for a drink of water with his & the second day there was another glass of water on the table ready for him (so thoughtful).. We came here as strangers & really felt like family when we left.. Thank you all for your hospitality,friendliness & a fun filled visit.. We will definitely be back in the future..

Fantastic 2 nights stay at the windsor house hotel, Bob and Mary made us feel very welcome. We arrived early, our room wasn't ready but we could leave our bags no problem. This hotel is lovely, clean and very comfortable, lovely tea tray in the room with fluffy clean white towels, Continental breakfast, with lots of extras and goodies, this went down so well with our boys. The hotel is only 5mins from the center of blackpool and coral island, 10-15mins walk to the train station. We've already booked again for next year. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

If you need to be right at the heart of Blackpool, almost in the shadow of the tower, look no further. Sanjay and his wife will provide you with warmth, charm and courteous service in a very clean and comfortable little guest house. For £45 we got a very nice room, (quiet too) with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was meeting Sanjays enchanting 88 year old mum and hearing her fascinating story. In short, a delightful place, incredibly convenient for the pleasure beach etc run by wonderful family.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to dottie. We came as friends & left as family. Fantastic hosts, never been made to feel so welcome, room was comfortable albeit bit of a struggle for me on top floor but we already have room sorted if we want to return on a lower floor & our wee dog Bailey was made most welcome & was happy with all his sausages!! Thanks again guys for a fab few days & look forward to returning

TTrip.com SGJPIt's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator. The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi. There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night.

Having read many reviews on this hotel pleasantly surprised how nice it was Kyle was very nice upon arrival explained everything about the hotel, parking is round the back we had a small car so easy to manage £9 to park overnight just as cheap as local car parks, we stayed in room 8 on the top floor everything you need for a nights stay we did notice only 2 plug sockets but there is an extension lead in the draw bathroom small but for a quick shower ok, tea coffee ect Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Blackpool and would go again Local to all shops and beach front

AAbigail FinnWas given incorrect room, booked 2 double beds and got 1 small double and 2 singles. WIFI does not work and no phone signal. Water pressure from shower was awful and it was either to hot or to cold. Also was dirty with hairs. The radiator in the room made an awful noise which was rattling all night long. Beds are like sleeping on concrete. No one is ar reception from 22:00 and in the morning when giving my key card back no one was at reception to complain. Would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone
