Struttura sita in posizione centralissima, a due passi dal ponte di mezzo e da Borgo Stretto, con tanto da vedere nelle immediate vicinanze. Si tratta di un vecchio appartamento adibito alla ben e meglio a struttura ricettiva, infatti l'unica nota negativa è la nulla insonorizzazione di camere e bagni, per cui c'è scarsa privacy e si può essere facilmente disturbati in caso di vicini rumorosi. Per il resto esperienza ottima e al di là delle aspettative: appartamento al terzo piano con ascensore, check in autonomo veloce, per quanto avere un'accoglienza più calda sarebbe preferibile. Infine: camera sobria ma pulita, con il bonus del balcone con vista splendida sull'Arno! Ero un po' titubante nell'utilizzare bagni in comune, visto il periodo covid, ma invece erano complessivamente molto puliti, oltre che numerosi: 3 bagni, di cui due con doccia. Ottima anche la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde a disposizione degli ospiti. Nel complesso, buonissima struttura, adatta principalmente a giovani o comunque ospiti con maggiore adattabilità, ma in tal senso ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, visti i prezzi abbordabili.

Ottimo villaggio ubicazione strategica per visitare sia il lago Bilancino che l'autodromo di Mugello. Struttura ben organizzata,personale cortese, pulizia di un buon livello.Prezzi nella media, consiglio a chi vuole una breve pausa in zona Barberino. Ci torneremo volentieri, grazie.

Second time staying at this cosy safe space - it’s just right opposite to train station, hence expect noise. But I like the cleanliness of the venue and friendly staff. It is just right above McDonald - great for quick Night snack 😱😃 Close to supermarket. Easy walk to main tourist spots. Visit the Firenze central market - me & my family visit there for cheese & ham, salami etc. they have eatery on upper level as well. Few self laundry place just 5 min walk from hotel - search for express wash. Great wifi. Great bathroom. Great amenities. Overall it’s on the pricy side as very likely it is easy to find something less but here does make us girl travellers feel safe - though at night time, some people do hop around the front door so just take note of it - never created any problems for us so far! Key card in & out - security seems to be highly regarded.

Just amazing. Check in was at Hotel VIlla Royal, and we were escorted just a corner away, to our lodging. It is a big palazzo. and our room was on the groung floor, just 4 stairs up from ground floor. Everything was explained to us. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. The location was in Piazza Indipendenza, jsut 10 minutes away from SM Novella Station. and 5 minutes from the Mercato. Within the area, there are a couple of restaurants and bars too, so if you dont want to go in the historic centre, you can easily dine in the area. On the morning of checkout, we left our luggage at the hotel, and picked them up later. Very friendly staff. Would definitly visit again and recommend it.

Excelente. Muy buenas instalaciones, super recomendable. Realizamos el checkin online. El lugar es impecable, la habitación con baño privado es super cómoda y muy espaciosa. Pudimos descansar muy bien. Dejamos el equipaje en resguardo luego del checkout. Definitivamente es un lugar para volver. Esta muy cerca de la estación de tren.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con una amica per una notte nella camera San Martino. Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. Ottima la posizione, il b&b è collocato all' interno di un palazzo storico in stile Liberty nel centro di Firenze. Tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La nota dolente è sulla camera piccolissima, dotata di un solo lucernario collocato in alto con evidenti segni di infiltrazioni d'acqua sul muro. La tinteggiatura è vecchia con evidenti segni di usura sui muri che appaiono in più punti scrostati. Il bagno è ricavato all' interno della camera, separato da una tramezzatura in carton gesso. La doccia è priva di doccino e con il sifone intasato e dopo aver aperto l'acqua questa ristagna. Il condizionatore della stanza è vecchio e molto rumoroso, tanto che siamo state costrette a spegnerlo di notte per poter dormire. La colazione viene servita in una sala comune affrescata, la scelta è davvero limitatissima. La struttura potrebbe essere un vero gioiello, ma necessiterebbe di un accurato restauro come meriterebbe.. Abbiamo pagato 175 euro per una notte... Direi davvero troppo per una struttura mal tenuta...

The concept is to renovate village houses into hotel rooms while providing breakfast and other amenities in another building. The rooms were nice, not great, but I still loved the concept. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the ”Palazzo” a few hundred meters away on a semi-covered outdoor patio. Breakfast was excellent but in late September it can feel like camping out. Shivering while sipping your coffee is not quite a luxury experience. We were here on a bike tour. We have toured throughout Europe and many times in Italy. This is the very first hotel I have ever encountered which charges to store bikes in a garage: 5 euros per bike per night. We were there for 6 days. I could understand if we had e-bikes that needed to be plugged into a power source, but ours were just leaned against the wall - for 5 euros each per night. Also be aware that the pool is off limits unless you are staying in the Palazzo. And the nice outdoor patio, you can only use it if you buy drinks from the bar. Lastly the staff at the front desk were thoroughly disagreeable. It was as if they didn't understand that we were the guests and their job was to welcome and assist us, not that we asked for much more than room keys. Having said that, the restaurant staff were gracious, friendly and accommodating. Again, I loved the concept, but the execution needs some work. Would I stay here again? Nope.

After reading the many good reviews in *********** and at the same time the partly miserable reviews in Tripadvisor, I was curious what to expect. In short, we were very pleased. The 4th floor, the corridor, the kitchen located at the end of the corridor, as well as our room 424 were renovated a few years ago. The room has a shower with glass doors, which we consider a real comfort compared to a bathtub. In the bedroom we had a comfortable, modern double bed and a large sofa bed. Air conditioning, TV and fridge are also provided. The small lift, which is getting on in years, worked perfectly and without ****s. The receptionist and also the staff in the nearby hotel are very accommodating. When we arrived too early and the key was not ready, we were offered free drinks. There was also a pack of dark chocolate eggs in the room as a small welcome gift. The central location to the sights, the market and the restaurants is sensational. The hotel reception organised a taxi for our departure. Of course there is always room for improvement. The toilet seat fastening needs to be repaired. The bathroom curtains should be washed or replaced. The oversized coffee machine in the kitchen should be removed because it consumes a lot of energy and heats the whole corridor. It also makes quite a lot of noise, only gives lukewarm brew and there was no milk in it either. An instruction manual for the air conditioner would be desirable. A little tip: Type in the temperature on the remote control, switch off the air conditioner via remote control and then switch it on again so that the entered change is applied. However, these are minor issues that did not impair our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Antica Torre. Our room was very large with a balcony facing the river. The room was very clean and refreshed daily. The decor is well done, more like a friend's apartment than a hotel. We only went to the front desk to check in/out. After that the elevator to the rooms is in a different area. The building is a mix of hotel rooms and other businesses. It didn't bother us, but it is unique. Breakfast on the top terrace was wonderful since you had a great view and could sit outside. If you prefer anonymity while traveling this is the perfect hotel in a truly great location.

Zwischenstation auf dem Weg nach Porto Santo Stefano. Die Lage ist hierfür bestens - das B&B liegt nämlich nur einige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ausstattung ist basic, Personal auch. Insgesamt ok! Eine Sache muss noch erwähnt werden. Meine Partnerin hat ein Glutenunverträglichkeit. Also Anfrage vor Antritt der Reise: ist glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück möglich? Die Antwort: ”certo” . Ergebnis: am ersten Morgen - kein glutenfreies Brot. Lange Erklärung und glutenfreies Brot für den Folgetag zugesichert. Ergebnis: kein glutenfreies Brot. Fazit: auch hier ist nicht alles ”certo” !

Struttura con arredamento semplice, ma assolutamente in linea con il prezzo pagato. Camere pulite, bagni in comune puliti un po' datati. Molto comodo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto. Le camere non hanno aria condizionata (è presente un ventilatore sul soffitto) ma essendo ottobre andava benissimo. Il proprietario è stato molto professionale e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Frequento spesso B&B nella zona causa rientri a orari notturni in aeroporto e questo non mi è sembrato male. Per un soggiorno breve, lo consiglio.

Posizione della struttura ottima, nel centro della città. Le dimensioni della camera erano giuste. Il problema era tutto il resto. Letto: minuscolo, io ci stavo per miracolo e sono meno di 1,70! Materasso scomodo, con la plastica appena sotto il lenzuolo che ha ‘croccato’ tutta notte. Cuscino grumoso (anche il secondo in fornitura alla camera era uguale). Aspetto generale decadente: tende macchiate, prese mezze staccate, ecc. ma la chicca è stato il bagno che era per disabili, quindi: lavandino ad altezza ginocchia. Assenza bidet. WC altissimo e scomodo. Doccia impraticabile. Anche qui tutto vecchio, logoro, macchiato. Nota positiva: il climatizzatore funziona bene. La colazione di scarsissima qualità: prodotti confezionati non buoni, yogurt liquido, succhi insapore. Il tutto da consumare in un’angusta stanzina stretta e lunga. Da non tornare!

Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile, e oltre a fornirci una piantina della città di Pisa, ci ha anche proposto dei ristoranti in cui poter cenare e un luogo dove poter fare colazione la mattina successiva. 기차역에서 도보로 1시간 거리에 위치해 있어 숙소에서 피사의 사탑까지 이동은 약 30분 걸렸어요. 그 외 숙소 내 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 사전 체크인에, 체크아웃도 배려해주셨어요. 그리고 숙소 주변이 조용해서 밤에 소음도 없었습니다.

We stayed as a last minute booking and what a find it was! Just a 10 minute walk from the station. Our flight landed in the evening, but they arranged for self check-in which was nice and easy and communicated through WhatsApp. Rooms was spacious, felt high-end and clean, great breakfast provided in the room which we sat on the balcony and enjoyed. Would definitely come back if visiting Pisa
