Sangat Baik

Heel leuke vakantie met mijn gezin. Hotel is heel mooi zeker de moeite waard! Perfect ondehouden ruime propere kamers mooi uitzicht. Kinderen kunnen lekker in de tuin spelen. Heel vriendelijk personeel allemaal zeer lief . Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt . Heel rustig en stil. Ontbijt is zoals het moet niet al te uitgebreid maar toch alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles is op korte afstand met de auto perfect bereikbaar wat zeker een pluspunt is. Alles wat ik nodig had voor mijn dochter van 1,5 is aanwezig. Heel leuke vakantie ervaring hopelijk komen we snel'terug om te genieten van alle rust hier😍

Non era la prima volta che soggiornavo all'Eden Park, sicuramente sarà l'ultima. Il posto è in posizione strategica, gli spazi esterni sono anche buoni. Non si può dire lo stesso delle case interne, trasandate, vecchie e con poca manutenzione. D'inverno limitano l'uso del riscaldamento a poche ore al giorno, anche se fa freddo dentro e fuori. L'esperienza si è fatta paranormale dal momento in cui comunichiamo il late check in al telefono e non ci viene mandato nulla. Arriviamo sul posto senza accessi alla struttura e non abbiamo modo di entrare nella nostra camera, pagata in anticipo. Questa situazione mi obbliga a prenotare un altro albergo all' 1 di notte, e meno male che lo abbiamo trovato. La mattina dopo ci rechiamo sul posto per ricevere spiegazioni, il personaggio alla reception dice che abbiamo ragione ma non ci chiede scusa per l' accaduto. Ci propone di passare la seconda notte gratis in struttura e addirittura sembra ci abbia fatto un favore ad averci rimborsato senza penali ma, visto l' accaduto, mi sarei aspettato che mi venisse proposto il rimborso del costo dell' hotel della prima notte. Ciò non solo non accade ma spinge il receptionist a negarci qualsiasi tipo di rimborso e questa negazione ci viene comunicata in maniera ostile, dicendoci che saremmo potuti rimanere lì anche tutto il giorno ma non avremmo ottenuto nulla. Per fortuna è intervenuta l' assistenza di booking che ci ha rimborsato della differenza tra il costo di questa specie di residence e dell'hotel che ci ha gentilmente accolto, anche se non era stata in nessun modo colpa loro. 5 stelle per l'assistenza booking, Eden park inqualificabile
