Location is really good but the building seems to be old and not clear about check in, luckily a guy ahead of me told me to go to 7th floor first to check in

Overall, special thanks to Grace and her colleagues. This hostel is located in the center of Nathan Road and is one of the best location in Hongkong. The staff are really friendly and ready to meet your needs 24/7 in a respectful manner. It is worth recommending this hostel to everyone because the environment here is very good, with different street foods, shops, and various interesting night activities that can make you feel happy all day long. I will definitely come back again

This is the worst hostel in my life. The photos do not correspond to reality. I've never seen three-tiered beds. Very little space. It's dirty. The bed linen is not changed. There was no water in the toilet. A lot of garbage.

Location and Cleanliness are fine. Horrible services and management! Worst experience I ever had. I was told no bed is available upon arrival at 4pm with my reservation. And the manner the management team handle my case doesn’t make any common sense! Especially the online receptionist! If you don’t wanna ruin your mood and trip, don’t recommend coming this hostel. Again, their name is currently The Cultural Crashpad!

my stay is ok but, i lost my slippers, i lost 60Hk dollars. for all of those who will stay here, be careful with your things, dont leave it unattended... because you will be staying with strangers.

You get what you pay for here. Hard to find a decent place to sleep for this price in HK. Not super clean but understandable given that the room has 6 occupants. Super friendly staff that were easily reachable if you request help from 2pm to 10pm. Not for everyone, expect to sleep in a bunk bed.

Nice hostel, a little cramped, but the staff is very nice and available. Very good WiFi.

It's nothing at the street to find a hostel, so be ready to spend another hour to find it in the bad-built building with bad-working lifts. Then you'll find out that if you come earlier than 2 pm, you'll have to wait with all the suitcases for someone to appear at the reception because no one will be there. The rooms are too small to live for 6 people, so if you've chosen this hostel you better change your mind and find another one or give up looking for cheap accomodation for your travel and book a nice hotel as I did

The hostel is in a building that is getting a major lot of work done. The whole 18-story building is covered in scaffolding

Services were basic and a bit cramped but everything was clean and air con was sufficient. This was my second time and so I was prepared for the cramped conditions. Also. The toilet being inside the room meant little privacy Internet was patchy but I was warned about this. So if all you care about is price and can deal with lack of privacy then this is for u The bed has curtains around it giving you privacy when u sleep which is something other dormitories at other hotels do not have.

It wasn't like on the picture in trip.com. it wrote hostel is 13 floor so I going up going around to find the hostel but there is no carnation hostel there. and i go down and 3 times couldn't find the hostel. Chacking if Im in wrong building. Asked the staff on 13 floor she said not this place. At last I call the hostel and staff said actually you need to check in at 7th floor. Women who is check in counter said now you can go up 13 floor my staff is waiting for you. So I go up 13 floor again but the staff who said the hostel is not here were the staff of the hostel carnation. It was different name. And different place seeing on the picture in trip.com.

It is really dirty, they do not change be sheets, shared dorms with 3 levels-bunk beds made out of metal (a lot of noise). DON'T GO THERE

Decent hostel for the price . Has what you need and good location .
