The worst ever experience for me, it was not even 4 meters square and they said it’s 12 meters square. This was a flat not a hotel, the worker came to me at 11 and said leave the room because they can’t wait for 12 pm even at trip.com it’s written we can stay till 12 pm. All the photos are fake and this was my worst mistake ever so I would request everyone to think 1000 times before booking this.

The location is great, located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel is on the 13th-16th floor of Chung King Mansion. The mansion has only 2 small elevators. During the evening, you must queue up to get back to your room. I booked 2 triple rooms but I got one double room and one triple room instead. I was too exhausted to negotiate anything on check-in anyway so maybe that is not their fault that i got no compensation for the downgrade. The rooms are VERY SMALL. Even the triple room is barely enough for 2 ppl. The fan on the ceiling is shaky and plays strange noises all night. The water heater is all rusty but still working well. The toilet door is broken. Closing the door while showering is almost impossible. Door knob is somewhere else so they wrap it with duct tape.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. The room was clean. Very good quality in comparison to price! ☺️

I always choose this place to stay in Hong Kong, the location is incredible, at the Tsim Sha Tsui, very near to the subway and the place is very clean, hosts are friendly, helpful and professional, thank you 🙏

The owner and the reception staff are friendly. The location is good just a few minutes away from the metro station. The downside was that they did not provide a quilt just a thin bedcover and sometimes you had to wait for a long time the elevator. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Good place to stay compared with other properties in same location , hosts were good and amenable Would recommend for short stays

For the price….Ok for a place to sleep and take a shower…staff is ok too.

最不滿意的一次訂房，提前四天訂的1600，訂好後價格就1050，想退老闆不同意，最奇葩的住進去看到價格降到800多準備續住一晚，給老闆説了續住了付錢的時候老闆説1600，我説網上不是800多嗎？老闆説不是喊我重新看，價格又變成1050了～房間如圖，1600，太坑人了，關鍵是價格變化太快

入住最差的一次體驗，原訂16樓12平米左右的房間後被安排到8樓只有4平米左右的房間。而且服務態度極差的阿三。居然還恐嚇要11點退房。房間環境極差。服務態度極惡劣，希望平台能好好發揮作用對其惡劣行為能給予應有的處理。

重慶大廈，必須五星好評！ 來之前，看到網上很多評價，客觀的我毅然預訂前往，位置，這裏簡直就是絕佳，走路幾分鐘到維多利亞港，自身就坐落在繁華商圈，廣東道，彌敦道，崇光百貨，海港城，逛街購物欣賞江景，簡直太方便了。 大廈一樓可以換錢，有南亞美食，很多外國人，大家都很友善。我們住在16樓，辦理入住的小哥中文很好，態度非常友善。房間也很不錯，沒有狹窄的感覺，空調淋浴都齊全。晚上睡的很好，非常安靜，國慶三百多的價格，太值了。
