Best Western Hotel Causeway Bay

The room is clean, nice place to stay! Accessible to all transportation, mrt, bis, taxi and tramway. City center, near time square! We enjoyed staying here!

This is my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Causeway Bay Hotel. With friendly staff, convenient location and nice neighborhood brought me to come again….

Over all, we enjoyed the stay because of the quality of services. The employees were all nice to us. After reporting the issues of the phone and standup table, the Maintenance Team came to fix quickly. The room, although upgraded, was very small. There was not much space to move around in the room. The breakfast buffet was fine and a convenience for us. We like it. Although the window was small, the night view was beautiful. Suggestions: 1. It is annoying when the shower curtain was waving during the showering. We would suggest installing a shower curtain with magnetic metal ***** which can be attached to the bottom ledge of the shower basin. This will also prevent water splashing out of the basin. 2. Please discard the worn and damaged towels. It did not feel good to use the damaged towels in a hotel. 3. There was no face cloth served in the room. Is it expected for the guests to bring our own and this would be odd?

Great view and location but have to purchase or bring your own toiletries.

We had beautiful views of the harbour. Unfortunately, the curtains were not able to block out the light efficiently, and we had a terrible night's rest. Check-in and check out were smooth, but when we asked the hotel to call a taxi, it was said that they did not offer those services. However, we were assisted very helpfully by getting our location's address in Cantonese.

I was staying there for 5 days 4 nights. I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quite small, and the bathroom was even worse. Every time I took a shower, the bathroom floor would get soaked and whole area get wet. The curtains couldn’t even be fully closed, leaving little privacy. The sound insulation was poor—I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway. However, the worst experience was waking up each morning with itchy, red, and inflamed bites all over my body, particularly in the groin area. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
