the hotel was super clean n convenient to market to shop and restaurants to eat 😋 the staff were so friendly and helpful I will definitely recommend friends or family to book this hotel . we will book again in Christmas

Cleanliness 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟housekeeping service was Excellent, very exceptional for a 3 star hotel. 🌟🌟🌟Location is very old neighbourhood but good overall offering of HK food. Notice more mentally unsound older people in this neighbourhood, mostly talking or shouting to themselves and occasional quarrel with people. Felt a bit uncomfortable and unsettling. 👎👎👎for their deposit policy where the directly debit HK$500 instead of a credit hold and reverse it out immediately when u checked out like other hotels. Especially was I particularly asked when checking in if the debit was a credit hold, she answered yes …. But upon checking out was told will have to take at least 4-8 weeks for amount to be credited back. If they had explained clearly I would have just given cash. The problem w HK service industry is not being proactive and meticulous, sometimes feels like “pulling teeth” experience. They only reply your queries IF you asked! 🌟🌟🌟🌟Room size expected cramped but bathroom was larger than expected and king bed & pillows were comfortable.

Great place to stay in Hong Kong. Conveniently located near the MTR station, easily navigated. Room is of decent size, clean and bright. Would recommend

Amazing hotel. Easy check-in with a top notch staff. Breakfast available but didn’t book for this trip. Very clean room. About 5 minutes from Tsuen Wan Line (Red) which has easy access to many other stops that we needed. Swift checkout. Staff checked out the room while we waited in the lobby before returning our cash deposit. Great accommodations near a busy market. 4 stops to the infamous Temple Market (Jordan) and 6 from Admiralty that could take us to the HK island side.

Stayed with families for 6 nights. The location is great where located in the heart of Shamshuipo area, shops, restaurants, convenience stores, airport bus stop and Shamshuipo MTR station is very close to the hotel. It is a perfect location and highly recommended.

The room is very clean. The staffs are very nice. I will book this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The service is good. There are 3 vegetarian restaurants with 2 minutes walking distance.

we had a nice viewhk buildings. a lot of food chouces nearby. easy check in and check out. take exit B2 of sham shui po and justvwalk straight. maybe after 3 blocks.

We normally stay closer to the centre of town but we are really happy that we decided to stay somewhere a bit further out. The location was great, Sham Shui Po has some great food choices and some excellent shopping (especially for electronics). The room was clean, and the room was a decent size for HK. Service was great and the beds were very comfortable. Recommended.

So clean😊 and near MTR STATION

We stayed at the E Hotel Hong Kong for two nights from 11/14/2023 to 11/16/2023. We booked a superior room with two separate beds and a city view. The hotel is located in a historical location in Hong Kong, close to transport links, which is very convenient for exploring the city. Exit B2 of Sham Shui Po metro station (red line) is located close to the hotel. Shek Kip Mei metro station on the green line is also within walking distance. We got from the airport to the hotel by bus E21, the stop is located close to the hotel. The room is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, TV, safe, kettle, bags of tea and coffee, hygiene items, blackout curtains, hairdryer, air conditioning. There is a drinking water installation on the floor. There is free wi-fi. Don’t understand why there is a glass partition installed between the toilet and the room? There is a switch that makes it opaque. The room was cleaned in a timely manner. The hotel does not take a deposit. There is no breakfast at the hotel. On the street opposite the hotel there is a 7-Eleven store, a pastry shop with good reviews that sells delicious egg tarts. They also sell fresh fruit nearby, including delicious mangoes. On the day of departure, we left our luggage at the hotel for storage. The service is free. Overall we liked the hotel. However, before leaving, an unpleasant situation occurred, due to which we had difficulty getting on the ship. We asked to call a taxi for us to go to the port, but the staff refused to help us, saying that there were no cars. We had to take the metro with our suitcases and get to the port on our own with transfers. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation; usually all hotels have an agreement with taxis or private transport for guests.

Gotten a free upgrade to a 3 pax room. The room was spacious and clean :) Easy access to MTR and buses.
