Ulasan Y&Y NAMBA HOTEL Osaka

Decent Stay but with Limited Amenities I stayed at the Y&Y Hotel for two nights. While the hotel is within walking distance of the station and Dotonbori Market, the location is a bit far compared to other options. However, the walk is manageable if you're used to exploring on foot. The room was small but very clean. However, in Japan, room cleaning often comes as an additional cost service, and this hotel follows that practice. The basic amenities provided were minimal compared to other hotels I stayed at during my trip. One thing to note is that the reception desk isn’t staffed 24 hours like in most hotels. If you plan to check in outside their available hours, you’ll need to contact them in advance. On the plus side, they do offer luggage storage before check-in, which is helpful. Overall, Y&Y Hotel is a decent choice if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly option and don’t mind the limited amenities or slightly inconvenient location.

New hotel so everything was nice :) staff was very helpful when I needed help sending luggage to Tokyo. Location is 10mins walk to dontobori. I will stay here again when in Osaka! Room was small but was okay for one night.

Good for solo or couple traveller that's okay with small room but it gets the job done! Room was clean and neat. The best part of the hotel are the staff who is friendly, professional and able to converse in English! Highly recommended as its between "Dontonbori" & "tsutenkaku tower" with are 10-15 min walks away. Very close to denden Town too where anime merch are sold.

The room was clean and well organized, they had a hair drier in the bathroom and a little bath. Also free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It was a not so small room for japan standards and just a walk away from the main street of osaka

The room is great space, great location. The bathroom is a super small. Other than that, it is a great cost benefit.

The hotel is a little bit far away from Namba station, but the staff is nice and helpful. The room is not too small, quite clean, but no desk, no luggage rack in the room. Only proivde 1 time room cleaning if stay for 4 nights. Got coin laundry can wash clothes.

Very nice hotels, conveniently accessible (near main station, minimart, mcdonalds). Room is small, but adequate and clean. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is great, despite the rooms are very tiny for a couple. Nevertheless it's affordable and great located

Near to shopping area only 8 mins to kuromon Reception was reallyy nice I love her even we check in at 3am in the morning there r staff who took care of us

Things the hotel did well: 1) staff - very helpful. I found the non-Japanese staff more eager to help and courteous. 2) shampoo and soap from Pola (super!). 3) 24 hours reception 4) location was good with convenience store nearby as well 5) room was well lit!! Real plus point. And room size for twin room was decent (enough space to open 2 large suitcases!). Could be improved: 6) there’s no full length or half length mirror in the room so you’re always left guessing how you look before you go out. 7) aircon is centrally controlled each floor, so if someone turned on the heater, everyone on the same floor will be sleeping in heat (or without cold aircon). 8) the toilet is soooooooo small you can barely move without banging into something. 9) the pillow is extremely flat and doesn’t provide a comfortable sleep.
