Location is nearby to MTR station But…. The receptionist is not goving helpful guides of at least a very minimal kind of hospitality Understandable that we get what we paid for But the whole environment seems like you went to an Indian hostel.. no offence If you book here, make sure you check your invix on their “guide” to check-in You had to go to different block to check in And your room will be in another block The lift is so small that it could probably accommodate 3 person with 3 big luggages.. thats it Overalll… the experience here is… unexpectedly bad

The location is in a building where criminals operate in plain sight at the entrance trying to sell prohibited ***** and other products. The reception address is incorrect and leads you throughout the building. The correct address is in Block A, Level 11, Room 6/7. The bed length is 175cm, therefore if you are taller than this, you must sleep in the fetal position. Apart from this, the cleaning staff work hard to keep the rooms clean and well maintained.

This hotel offers great value for money. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy.

You get exactly what you pay for. The room was nice but there were some bugs and the bed wasn’t that clean. Nonetheless it was really cheap and you get what you pay for

The room is extremely small even for one person. Indian run. 100$ deposit. Cannot fully open your suitcase. You have to put it on the bed. You have to "maneuver in place" to turn around. Lol. You can put a suitcase in the toilet if you have more than one. The towels are worn and tatty in keeping with the prevailing standards. But that's Chunking Mansion for you.

The room is clean. the name of hotel is very simple and the people behind this is also simple, humble yet strictly keeping their business above the expectations. We got a cheaper and good deal for our room because we just wanted to help my husband with his things and accompany him (he had a straight work for 2 days and we live a bit far) Sheung Shui. Thus we book this room so he can relax more. also we took this opportunity to go to my daughter's pediatrician in Causeway Bay. We had a good rest, the airconditioning, the toilet is clean, the beddings smell nicely, the room smell clean and the room is comfortable. (do not expect a big space - the price is okay for the room we had booked) and good for the 2 people. Also if with small kids. The receptionist had a strong approach when I was talking to him upon checking in also we got lost because we followed the address in the email sent by Trip.com but with my husband he maintained his professional tone even offered us to upgrade if needed. I think he is the owner's son. But the Filipina receiptionist was kind and approachable when we were checking out.

i stayed here for 1 night and that was just manageable not recommended for long stays, building houses many hotels in each floor, very busy at first floor with many shops as the building has commercial shops at street level and you need to find the correct lift to find this place. not recommended

The location is very good, the staff was friendly, the room was clean but the size was more like a "rabbit hutch", very small, in Macau for the same price you could get a full-fledged normal room
