Hotel berhampiran Shiu Heung Yuen Bakery, Hong Kong

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

Firstly, got a free upgrade to harbour view thank you so much to the lady that check us in. We stayed for 4 nights. Secondly, the room had specious and clean feels. Thirdly, room service was very good. Door service was also extremely good. There is always a door man to open the door for us be it coming in or going out. Daily housekeeping done well for all 4 nights. Will recommend and choose this hotel again.

Exellent services and perfect location! We spent our weekend there for Mother's Day and to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Thanks for the great services and we did have an wonderful time. We will definitely come back. The place is good even for locals like us.

Always a wonderful experience at our favourite hotel. The service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff are kind and attentive and always available to answer questions. The hotel was recently renovated but they’ve done well in preserving the rich history within its walls. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and elegantly decorated. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk from Nanjing Road, and the metro which makes it easy to explore the surroundings. Always happy to return.

The location of the hotel is excellent, by just walking distance, you can enjoy fantastic view and delicious food. The panoramic view of Victoria harbour is just a stone away from hotel. The hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. Everything was just nice and worth to stay. The check in check out process is quick. The cafeteria is a good place to have talk with nice coffee and dessert.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hong Kong for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Before even arriving, I noticed that the hotel tends to double its prices during holidays while maintaining the same service quality. This was my second stay here; the first was in 2019, during the Umbrella Movement protests, when the room was much cheaper. Upon arrival, the lobby left a good first impression with its beautiful design, though there were no seating areas available. The front desk staff are very professional in person, but they take a long time to respond to calls from the room. The room itself is of reasonable size, as is the bathroom. However, the bed was too hard and the TV too small. The electrical outlets are not international, necessitating an adapter which the hotel does not provide. The minibar is exorbitantly priced—$40 for a bottle of water? Additionally, the bench near the window was dirty, and the state of the carpet was unacceptable. The light switches are confusing to operate, requiring a degree to figure out. The bathroom was another disappointment: the toilet is an environmental disaster, using an excessive amount of water with each flush—30 seconds of water gushing down like Niagara Falls. The toothpaste provided is in the form of chewable tablets, which I had never seen before and did not like. The shower only had a sliding glass door, resulting in water splashing all over the bathroom. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast. The selection was very limited: - Two types of yogurt - Three types of fruit: watermelon, melon, and pineapple - A noodle stand - An egg station - A rice cooker - Six Indian dishes due to summer holidays - Chicken sausages, bacon, pastries, and sliced bread with jam and butter - A couple of unidentifiable items - Two salads - Coffee, hot water, cold and hot milk, a few juices, and cereals The service was impeccable, but the variety did not justify the price. It was the same every day, which was quite disappointing. The hotel's location is excellent, which is its main advantage. However, for the price, one should not expect five-star amenities, except for the service charges. Drinks in the lounge downstairs cost $75, and many floors remain a mystery as to their purpose. Overall, this hotel fails to deliver value for money, especially during peak pricing periods. I would not recommend it unless you prioritize location over comfort and service quality.

Didn't get much to use on the services of the hotel because we only stayed for 1 night. But we had a great sleep during our stay, the bed was so comfy. The bathroom was fancy and the blind curtains were a bit noisy but it was fun to press the button to make it go up and down. The only problem was the aircon thermostat buttons, I think it needed some maintenance because it has a delayed response or couldn't respond at all. The breakfast was good

Booked this room for my family and they were upgraded for free to another room. Very nice hotel located at a very convenient place

Renaissance was a great stay only marred by a slight confusions on check in with the booking having been entered for July rather than June, but swiftly dealt with. Great location, especially for anyone traveling down from Shenzhen, fantastic breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Harbour view is absolutely worth it!

One of the best hotel in Hong Kong. The view in room is astonishing and perfect where I can see clearly the Victoria harbor daytime and nighttime, especially at night.
