Hotel berhampiran Siu Lun Sports Ground, Hong Kong

為左同朋友囡囡慶祝生日，我地兩家共七人訂左馬灣太陽村莊兩間房住一晚。出發時橫風橫雨，好彩入住期間天氣唔算太差，仲有一段時間天晴可以到沙灘玩😍 我地由葵芳搭珀麗灣巴士到馬灣，由車站行到太陽村莊大概需5分鐘。太陽村莊感覺比較似村屋，我地入住的家庭房空間都幾大，除左有兩張相連的單人床，一張雙層床之外，仲有一張梳化子母床，不過床墊都比較硬，唔太好瞓🙈 浴室同廁所好特別，各有兩格都尚算乾淨，花灑水力非常夠，牙膏牙刷毛巾都有提供。另外10分鐘步程左右亦可到馬灣東灣泳灘旁的珀麗灣臨海廣場的超級市場補充物資，廣場內亦有餐廳，不過晚飯後原路行返去都比較黑同埋靜😯 第二朝check out後可寄存行李於挪亞方舟酒店，自助早餐、啤啤熊工作坊同夜燈製作都係挪亞方舟酒店入面。早餐安排好混亂，太陽村莊職員指示我地直接到酒店餐廳報房號就可以，但餐廳職員核對第一次時稱我地一間房有包早餐，但另一間冇，我地出示返訂購記錄後，職員再對話兩間都冇，但我地訂購記錄確實有寫包早餐，之後職員打去酒店counter再覆我地都係話冇，最後我地要自己打返去太陽村莊，由太陽村莊再聯絡返酒店先確認到我地係有早餐食😅 早餐後因天雨關係只在酒店內製作完啤啤熊同夜燈就搭返巴士離開，今次我地book每間房要$1,588，唔係暑假應該$1,000內都可以，不過我地體驗過一次應該夠啦😆

I enjoyed my stay in my spacious room which has a balcony with outdoor table and chairs. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Transportation was convenient…they have coach bus from the airport bus terminal that takes you directly to the hotel in about 30 minutes. Last but not the least, the beach was beautiful and relaxing with some very nice restaurants. I will definitely book this hotel again!

We were so happy with Sheraton Hotel. Specially many thanks to the manager there; Iris who was done a great job and customer service and support to us. She upgraded our room freely and decorated our room beautifully for my son birthday. Breakfast there was great and staff was so friendly. They gave us rain coat for rainy days there as well which very useful. We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel and highly recommended.

Our one-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton was a great choice for getting some rest before our flight. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade for our rooms, which featured an incredible view. We enjoyed counting the planes passing by until we drifted off to sleep in the extremely comfortable beds. The room was immaculate and inviting. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's ”go-green” initiative, with water dispensers on each floor and reusable tumblers provided to reduce single-use plastic waste. This thoughtful approach to environmental sustainability added to the overall appeal of our stay. The complimentary airport shuttle service was a convenient perk, allowing us to save both time and money on transportation. All in all, Four Points by Sheraton provided us with a delightful and restful experience, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay near the airport.

Overall we had a good time. Unfortunately there were no surprises (ie. unexpected fun or magical moments, services), but we did have a decent time. Hotel staffs never greeted us so it was bit unexpected in that front, because they will only respond when we greet them, so we did feel bit isolated. Positives: Pools are open for long time, breakfast buffet quality is so good (but way too pricy, considering kids does not eat much), room is spacious, shuttle bus frequency is very convenient, hotel is really creatively constructed (both external/internally). Areas of developments: Could be better if Staffs could greet guests (even the front desk staffs were unfriendly), Breakfast buffet’s cost performance needs to improve -＞ considering the super high price it should not limit the breakfast time to only one hour as guest loses time to greet character as well, also on top of high price it charges 10% service tax, and character photo costs H$168 per photo when the photo quality was bit blurry…., it would be great if breakfast buffet price could lower (especially for kids who does not eat much) or stretch the 1 hour limit to 90 min. Another area of development could be, the scope of hotel merchandise coupon… -＞ seems like there is unexplainable scope of which product they can allow/disallow $10 off coupon. We wanted to buy two products of which one of them the staff explained we cannot apply the coupon, and the staff’s explanation was “because this is popular”… when I asked how would we even know which is popular and which is not, and the next explanation was “oh it is because Lina Bell is popular”. It was very awkward explanation and scope, but I suppose it was Explorer’s Lodge Hotel style… Overall, we enjoyed HK Disney land so we will definitely come back, but unless above AOD are changed/improved, we will not consider staying with Explorer’s Lodge.

Hotel was really nice except for the bedsheets that has stains on one of the beds but housekeeping changed it immediately. We were surprised with the upgrade with ocean view, really appreciate the front desk personnel. Great customer service as well. Will stay here again.

It's nicely located among tourist attractions, and easy to commute! I can walk around 300 m. to Trams or Subway (MTR). The view is not bad but far from the shore (I chose HK Harbour View Room), seeing only buildings barring your POV. The room space is okay. As we all know, room areas in Hong Kong should not be highly expected due to space limitations on the island. The amenities provided by the hotel are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, tissue paper, towels, and plastic glass in the toilet. No bottles of drinking water are prepared in the room, but you can buy them on the ground floor at vending machines/minimarts in front of the hotel/7-11 located slightly right deposit to the hotel. There also is a fridge but it isn't working, and the pool is out of service. The hotel should cross-check all the electronic appliances before letting guests inside the room. If they cannot be used or are out of service, they should let us know early. You can borrow a universal adapter from the staff who are friendly and service-minded. Food is okay and plain, nothing's fancy-just American buffet breakfast style like bread, yam, salted butter, milk, cereals, macaroni, ham, sausage, scrabbled eggs, and so on which are quite boring and tasteless. However, I rate this hotel overall 7.5/10.

One of the best hotel in Hong Kong. The view in room is astonishing and perfect where I can see clearly the Victoria harbor daytime and nighttime, especially at night.
