Ulasan Wayfinder Waikiki

New to this platform. Never again! After making a last min. booking from the airport for a lay over hotel stay when I finally arrived to the reception (after 48 hrs. of International travel and having not slept, and a taxi driver who tried to rip me off I go to the make shift reception area on the 3 rd floor of the hotel with holes in the wall.) I tried to check in but couldn't b/c the name on the booking was my gf instead of mine which was done automatically from the info. stored on my account. There was no possibility of editing after contacting customer support of Trip.com and hotel management. They advertised the rate of $73 minus $40 in gold tier trip .com points. It should have cots me $30. But istead with all the at check out it was $120. I booked at a near by hotel and finally got in bed over 2 hours later. I am done with this shaming platform riddled with red tape issues they don't tell you about. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

泳池不大。但是冷熱都有。 很適合孩子們玩兒。

受4.9高分評價誤導，聖誕期間2000多人民幣住一晚，特別糟心。老破舊，兩米左右的層高壓抑要命。哪裡能看出是日本人旅館啊，智能馬桶蓋和日語提示所有酒店都有啊，不過是因為這裏日本遊客多。床單被套浴巾毛巾都不知道換沒換，還有細毛髮。還好我都自帶。那個衞生間遠遠不如國內一兩百人民幣的酒店。 並且需要一提的是，我check in 的時候，我的訂單已經被準備好，直接給我門卡，我上去一看811是什麼鬼房間，背面兩部電梯和電房。我直接下來要求換房間，大概以為ctrip訂單都不會講英文給啥是啥嗎。 停車$40一天。唯一優點有個陽台可以晾曬衣服幹得快，頂多3.5分。可以免費借椅子和沖浪板，小童挖沙沙玩具。 夏威夷都來了，別趕上聖誕節，你們還是住希爾頓吧。

Great hotel with a nice vibe and good location near the beach. Enjoyed our daily espresso/tea and pastry from the on-site cafe. Shame there isn’t room for more loungers by the pool. Slight issue with a leaky air conditioning unit in our room which covered the floor in water.

Wow I’m so glad I got to see it first hand what they did with this place! Former Waikiki Sand Villa has completely transformed into a retro, hip resort called Wayfinder Waikiki. It’s all in the DETAILS!! From the Gyotaku (Japanese fish painting) shower curtains to retro style kitchenette with GMEG branded fridge and kettle, everything is well thought out. Sofas with palaka (Hawaiian checker design) motif, beautifully designed pool towels, pikake & mokihana garlands on the lamp cables, historic Hawaii photos in the walls, thoughtful surprise hidden inside the record cover(Spotify playlist for your paradise vacay vibe)… it goes on and on with every detail. Downstairs has a surprisingly large and quiet pool surrounded by a lush tropical greens that you almost forget that you’re in the heart of Waikiki. Love that they didn’t skimp on the furniture and went all out with the wooden lounger. Not using the typical stripe pool towel like everyone else, they provide the beautifully designed lush Hawaiian green towels instead. Nicely done! Everywhere you look there’s a special touch at this place and I was pleasantly surprised to find it tucked away right at Ala Wai & Kanekapolei. Bonus- there’s a restaurant downstairs, Red Fish, by Foodland. You know what that means!! Poke is on point‼️. There’s a poke flight with three choices. Look at my beautiful spread of two orders of poke flights, garden salad and rice The valet parking is $6 if you’re dining there… definitely with the try

The Wayfinder hotel was a great staycation for a local resident like me that enjoys walkable surf, good food, good vibes and appreciates cute aesthetic. Had such a nice weekend stay in the penthouse suite. Snack and refreshments were provided for me in the room, the lanai was incredible with tons of entertainment space, and the restaurant and cafe downstairs were delicious! Happy hour is available with food and drink items for both Redfish and Lost and found bar. The hot tub is piping hot which I loved after a nice surf session in waikiki. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here looking for great prices, nice vibes, excellent hospitality, and walkable to everything. Thank you Wayfinder!

We got so lucky finding this hotel in Waikiki! Incredible service at the front desk with Daniel and the two bartenders at the poolside bar. The rooms are equipped and large; we had a great lanai with ours facing the canal and Diamond Head. The pool and hot tub exceed the hotels on the beach *****.

room was cute but extremely smelly, like sewage damp and a wet. I didnt even sleep under the covers. at 5 am I go up and checked out and went to the moana surfrider as where I should have gone in the first place. check in valet rude no parking . they gave me 5 places to park around the park. the front desk when I checked in didnt smile at all and didnt say welcome. they need alot of help .

Location is wonderful. The onsite restaurant Redfish is exceptional, especially the Loco moco and kalua pig fried rice. Extras like free go pro rental was clutch for our zipline adventure. The morning stretch and 24 hour gym were also great! Also liked the water bottle refill stations, and pump sunscreen and aloe at the pool!
