Second time staying at the SurfJack this year and honestly I’ll never stay anywhere else! It has the best retro vibes and the staff is always top notch! Such an eclectic atmosphere. The evening entertainment is always good. Love the music they play throughout the day as well. Rooms are very nice. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Strategically located with popular eateries down the corner, further up and you will hit hyatt and the beach. We had the tunnel view of the beach at the corridor too. The recept is polite and detailed, providing necessities such as toiletries upon request. There's complimentary breakfast too and the spread is decent and awesome - only shortcoming is the hard boiled eggs and strawberry tasting tad sour-ish. There's complimentary necessities to the beach too. The valet is great - polite and efficient. All good.

非常好的小型精品酒店，是海邊最後一條巷子裏面，位置比較偏一些。 隔壁酒店酒吧晚上很吵。 人員服務不錯。床非常好睡。 和別的客人評價的一樣，不知道為什麼房間內地毯非常濕。沒有客房內用品是比較不方便的。必須自備所有東西，連牙膏 拖鞋都沒有。裝潢不錯。

The hotel is located right by the beach and there's a lot of stores and restaurants near by. The staff was nice too but the room was a bit cramped. I had twin beds and they took almost all of the space in the room. But if you don't plan on staying in the hotel the whole day, it's a good place.

We stayed in room 911. The place was clean and tidy. Exceptional view of the Ocean and Diamond head. Front desk staff did an outstanding job. Special Kudos to Jonathan. Mark Howard the property manager kept in contact with us throughout the 2 week stay. Great communication and was insuring we were taken care of. No resort fees and parking was only 30 dollars a day. Small garage but worked just fine. Just a block to the beach and perfect location. I would definitely stay here again. No bugs. woohoo.... It is an older property but is in very good condition and well maintained / clean. Get a car and explore the island.

This place was not at all like the photos or descriptions on Trip Advisor. On the plus side it was conveniently located for a visit to relatives nearby, and the room was large with a strong (and welcome) air conditioner; in all other respects it was disappointing or worse. Although we were there for 10 days, there was no room cleaning, trash removal, etc. Wallpaper was torn in several places, so we could see through the plaster to the old wood slats. TV was tiny (maybe 14” or 15” diagonal) and too far from the bed (or any chair) to watch. Furniture was mismatched and useless. No bedside table or reading lights. When we asked for fresh linens and towels halfway through, this was left by our door 2 days later. In both cases, the bed linens were ancient and threadbare. The replacement topsheet (as threadbare as the first, was the wrong size. There was no mirror in the bathroom. No shelf for soap, etc in the shower. The ”breakfast” was abysmal: white bread (toast it yourself), with butter but no jam, a made to order scrambled egg (singular) was lousy (how hard is it to scramble an egg?) and a ***** of paperthin, cheap bacon. Limited parking for up to four cars, at inadequate spaces that carried a constant risk of scrapes. A once lovely, now unkempt garden, and a leaf-strewn swimming pool. Most of the time no staff was visible. Sadly, this is a once gorgeous property mostly gone to seed.

My husband and I stayed here for our ”babymoon”, we got a premium corner room facing the mountain range and it was super romantic to sit on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise. Wayfinder Waikiki has thought of everything that would make your stay better, the receptionist gives you a card with their personal recommendations upon check in and also offers free rentals to make your beach day more fun! The vintage modern Hawaiian decor throughout the hotel is so chic, from the rooms to the pool! The location is perfect, only a 6 minute walk to the beach and the main *****, plus an ABC store on the same block! My husband loved the ”Grown Alchemist” bath products in the bathroom and the comfortable king size bed. Staff from reception, valet, restaurants and housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming, which we also loved. Everything was perfect for our babymoon and we would love to stay here again!

PPengguna TetamuThis location is the best. 1 block from the beach, within walking distance to anything you want in Waikiki. The lobby is an open, grand lobby. Hotel employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I was very concerned about the hotel when I got off the elevator on the 14th floor. The hallways are dated and uninviting. However, upon entering the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, plenty spacious for a solo traveler (and would be acceptable for 2 travelers), and had a great view of the ocean. The continental breakfast offered fruit, pastries, boiled eggs, cereal, toast, and waffles. The best part of the stay was Leo at the bell desk. He was extremely friendly, and provided excellent service (he even noticed that I dropped my apple watch cover and held it for me until my return later that day). Be sure to get to know Leo, and don't forget to tip your service providers!

PPengguna TetamuI booked through a third-party and thought I was getting a really good deal then a check in they charge another $30 for the resort fee this is common scheme to add value to their income and I will never ever book a hotel that charge of the resort fee because what the hell is that for.? This trip was for medical diagnostic purposes and not a vacation to Waikiki would never vacation to Waikiki. So the aqua hotel it's a little deceptive so my advice to travelers is to make inquiries about resort fees before you book good luck. I booked a room on the city side with no view and by doing that the room was much quieter than room is it face face Ala Moana Boulevard

PPengguna TetamuThe location was great in the middle of Waikiki without bustling part. However, we had an issue with the vent inside the bathroom, which led to dripping of dirty water. This was addressed eventually but we were not compensated appropriately. This was our honeymoon and we didn’t have the best time because of it.

PPengguna TetamuUhhhhh..... We stayed in this hotel because our flight got in late and we needed a place close to the airport to crash for one night. This hotel fits that purpose well. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any other situation other than the one I just described. They were pumping sewage right outside of our door the morning we woke up. Also, our room key didn't work the morning we were checking out. The only other positive of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of THE BEST little food place we came across on our whole trip: Joe's Grill Express. We cannot wait to come back so we can visit Joe's again.

PPengguna TetamuStaff is awesome and attentive. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping does a awesome job keeping rooms clean. Stayed in a deluxe room with plates/utensils. Great views of the mountains. Location is great. Just off the main *****, close enough to lots of restaurants and shopping.

PPengguna TetamuFirst time at this hotel. Friendly staff very accommodating great views enjoyed the entire stay at this hotel will be back again perfect for family and couples just kinda loud on the last night here kids were screaming and yelling at 2 in the morning

汶汶华淼淼It feels different from the imagination, the mountains on the beach and a little flat, but the horse riding is very fun, the two hours are a bit tired, the coach is very good, the sea is beautiful and it feels better than the pasture, and the inside is very cool. SSusana chongA layover in Honolulu for seven hours I visited Pearl Harbour. it is very easy to store your luggage at T2 airport near Alaskan airline departure. and hop on number 20 bus right outside the terminal. Pearl Harbour is 20 minutes ride on the bus.

It is a place that you want to go countless times. I have no interest in attractions. During the period in Honolulu, I went shopping, strolled on the beach, and bought all kinds of food. Recommend a few restaurants that I think are good~ The Nikko Japanese roast meat specialty store in Japan, I love its roast meat! It saved my Asian stomach to eat in Hawaii! Happy hour is very affordable, but we chose self-service, so it is cool to eat! 45 knives a person on weekend nights, it is still very cost-effective! Beef and pork are delicious! Desserts are not inferior! Eggs'n Things has to taste the net red muffins from Hawaii all the way to Japan. I personally think it is so-so, but my husband likes it very much. He ate it for two days... It seems that the dessert thing men like is no woman. There are many Honolulu branches. I think the environment in Waikiki is too ordinary. The drink is not good, not recommended! Directly ask for ice water! Red Lobster is also an online red store, and I went to eat without queuing. The steak is not bad, but the lobster is hard to say... I think the lobster pizza is very delicious. Husband complained that it was made of corners... The Cheesecake Factory The cake was not bad, it was more heavy. Other food is very ordinary, the environment is also very general, it is too unpleasant... Blue Water eats the most pleasant meal! Just inside the Hilton Resort! The environment is very general, the big-name stalls, the taste is amazing~ Loco moco and combo steak and shrimp super recommended! Tips: We basically pay cash, but the tip is difficult to make up! It is recommended to swipe the card...
