Ulasan Pagoda Hotel

Meja penyambut tetamu tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan yang baik kerana apabila lelaki itu (CA) itulah yang tertera pada tiket parkir saya tidak pasti sama ada itu namanya. Semasa melakukan transaksi saya, dia bercakap **** dengan rakan sekerjanya yang lain. Mengapa tidak menyelesaikan transaksi saya dan mereka boleh bercakap di **** sepanjang hari sehingga syif mereka selesai. Dan walaupun pengemasan terlalu malas untuk memberi kami cadar baru dan pekerja itu berkata mereka kehabisan selimut. Orang yang terlalu malas.

I like the Pagoda Hotel. Service staff are friendly, good & affordable breakfast...Good location near the neighborhood and shopping areas

The location is convenient and the service is good

There is a peculiar smell in the room, the air conditioner is too loud, and the facilities are old

Great central location for riding the bus. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Just a few cleanliness issues that come with an older hotel. Our room still showed signs of its former (rude) guests: gum in the cracks of the shower walls, lipstick on the mirror, group signatures on the mirror when the bathroom fogs up. We didn't end up using the kitchenette partially due to the few cockroaches we saw. We were told that housekeeping would come on the 4th day but apparently the first day we checked in doesn't count (?). They came after the 4th night (which is the 5th day). Housekeeping also came at 8 am and told us they had to enter right then and won't come back later so we had to wake up and get out right away. Front desk was always very helpful. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud but effective. Fairly comfortable stay for a good price. $5 breakfast was delicious!

Room smelled terrible, chemical smell. AC wasn’t/didn’t work well. Pillows were hard. $39 resort fee and another $30 something for parking - all add up. Previously this property was middle of the road, budget option, but not so anymore. Age and cost make this a pass.

It is well located and simple efficient services. Maybe it needs some renovation, the elevator is outdated and the furniture is old, dirty

The first night My room was by the parking which had alot of noise. People partying , music i had to call the front desk 2x. All i wanted was to have a good rest. But could not sleep. M y room was not as clean as i expected. There was pizza residue inside the microwave. The carpet was really dirty, it needed a shampoo. In the shower there was black mold or moss by the soap dish. I dont dare to take my soap out of my soap container. And the toliet had a bad stain in it. Look like #2. BUT the employees at the pagoda was so helpful & courteous, so they made it up for my dirty room. Plenty fishes & even saw a couple turtles in the pond.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is very convenient. Bus 23 can take you directly to Diamond head and the sea life park. Bus 20 can take you directly to the air port and the Pear habour. Also it's walking distance to Waikiki beach. Walmart is close by Also. There is a great grocery store named Foodland not far away. You can buy Day Pass bus tickets and also a lot of delicious food over there. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Clean room, good customer service. great location and walking distance to walmart and other restaurants.

Breakfast restaurant staff is always friendly and accommodating. Convenient place to stay for hospital visits.

I had to have surgery so my daughter and her boyfriend came with me. My daughter doesn’t want to stay anywhere else. She’s been there so many times that it feels like home to her. She loves it that it’s so close to many of her shopping favorites.
