I enjoyed my short stay in this lovely hostel which I choose due to close distance from Schiphol airport as my flight was early morning. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed polite and helpful staff. They explained to me how to get to the airport by public bus as they do not have free shuttle. Be advised that free shuttles of other hotels do not usually run before 6:00 AM. Also they gave me wake up call in the morning. The room and bathroom big enough, bed very comfy for good night sleep. The room temperature can be self-controlled, the window is impossible to open. WIFI worked well. There is a restaurant and mini market next to the reception and lobby. Due to the early morning flight I did not have a breakfast which is served from 6:30. Bus stop just 100 meters, up the bridge. Ride to the airport just 5 min, you pay by credit/debit card.

The location along with the hotel are good for a transfer rest or quick business stopover. Staff are polite and efficient. Entire area is now under construction so a bit of a mess with the surrounding area.

The hotel near airport has free shuttle bus -orange bus Bastion but one bus goes to another Bastion hotel and then from this hotel second bus to Hoofdorp. We were at 14.40 in the reception but our room, and other people wasn't ready. Should be at 14.00. We waited 20 min. The room was ok, very small, with fridge and coffee machine. There isn't restaurants near the hotel, about 15 min from hotel is Papa's Beach Restaurant, near the lake, nice view, good food.

Arrived here mid day Thursday and was greeted by staff members, very polite. The lady checked us in gave us all the information and informed us she would be available if we needed anything. We was on floor 3, entered the room and was very surprised! So clean, one of those beds you just want to dive on! The shower was a walk in one very spacious. The walk from the train station was 10 minutes. Will definitely be staying here in the near future!

15 mins from the airport to the hotel by hotel free shuttle bus which runs every 30 mins. Rooms are spacious and clean and free toiletries are provided as well. Did not book with the breakfast option but have taken a glance of the breakfast varieties, my personal view is not worth the money. The only disappointment is the hotel Wi-Fi, it is SUPER WEAK!

I like the Hyatt the rooms are nice and the bed comfortable, the buffet in the morning is not that tasty but it does it’s job! The shuttle should be free … even in hotels with less stars there’s free shuttles back and forth, the gym is very nice but the hotel in general has nothing fun, the menu of the restaurant is very very very simple ..

NHHotel Schiphol Airport, this was my first time staying there for 1 week. I was kindly upgraded to a better room as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly. The hotel inside and out looks amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast every day in the Green room restaurant as it looked like a botanical garden. The food choices were plenty. I loved the hotel shuttle bus service as it was a comfortable 7 minute ride to the airport. A good way to start exploring Amsterdam. The pool and jacuzzi area looked lovely and welcoming but unfortunately it was very busy with other guests and I never got to experience it. Well maybe next time.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the fitness center was well-equipped. However, the location is slightly less convenient, as it is one train station away from the airport. While this is manageable, it may not be ideal for those seeking immediate access to airport facilities. Despite this minor drawback, I highly recommend Novotel for a pleasant stay in Amsterdam.
