Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Very clean apartment with all amenities needed, big comfortable bed. Location is slightly out of town but no problem if you have a car, about 10 minute walk to train station.

My stay was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception team was fantastic and allowed me an early check-in, which was a great start . The room itself was well designed — compact and efficient, yet it still had everything I needed. I slept well despite some occasional road and train noise, which was minimal and never disruptive. The only minor frustration in the bedroom was the low power outlets next to the bed; if the bed shifted slightly, they would bump into my charging devices. The bathroom had a few small issues. The basin tap was overly sensitive — even a light touch sent water gushing out with force and onto the floor. The chrome towel rails were too smooth, so towels kept slipping off, and the shower head sprayed at awkward angles. The hot water also made a loud groaning noise when turned on fully, so I had to use more cold water than usual to keep the temperature comfortable. One other small note: when I angled the air conditioning toward the bed, I noticed lint and dust particles falling from the shelves above. A quick clean would easily fix this. On the positive side, the elevators were spacious and fast, and the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Overall, these were all very minor issues that could be easily resolved. I found the room comfortable, well-priced, and the service excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Needing to catch an 8am flight, this was a very happy choice with its free 24hr airport shuttle service... And wakeup call at 4:20 am. All staff members I spoke with were courteous and helpful, from reception to restaurant and bus driver. I had exactly the meal I wanted and needed: a light broth wonton soup and a plate of broccolini. As I was trying a new Chinese tea, the restaurant staff gave me some cups of hot water for my gaiwan. The room was very good, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and well lit pathways outside except the section along the road-facing wall of the units. The room had a kettle with tea, coffee, little milk serves in the mini fridge. What I didn't like was the poor sound proofing in the room, as I could clearly hear the guy next door on his mobile phone.

Well maintained clean n tidy property if you wish to stay for a day or two while on trips. Few items like water, milk, any juice to keep in the fridge is appreciated.

Nice staff let us check in late, there are heating mats on the mattresses, and the room is very clean and spacious. There is a heater but the warm air didn't reach the far side of the room. Close to moonlit sanctuary for those who want to stay nearby.

The manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request. The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well). supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well. Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry. Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again. The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.

The location is good, it is just a few minutes to Box Hill center, where you could find most you want.also it is close to train station. The apartment is spacious and with all amenities you need

The single room shared bathroom, I did not expect to have no air conditioning, 38 degrees high temperature can not sleep before midnight.
