Clean bathroom, nice location with just 5 minutes walk from southern cross. But the room is a bit small and I stayed in a 4 people female only dorm, not much of storage place. Also not much common areas except the first floor. Need to close the window at night or it would be too noisy.

Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.

Really comfortable bed! The rooms are also so spacious and the shared bathrooms are really modern. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great value for money also the restaurant and bar downstairs was great.  Only slight problem the hallways and room could do with a a little dusting.

The manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request. The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well). supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well. Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry. Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again. The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.

The location is good right in the CBD and the bed is comfortable and firm . There is no aircon which is fine , it is very cooling at night . There is a fan in the room . The share bathroom and toilets are clean .

Ini adalah pilihan rawak yang ternyata menjadi yang terbaik. Lokasi terbaik di Carlton. 3-4 minit pemanduan ke CBD dan tempat-tempat menarik lain. Jika anda seorang kaki makan, anda mesti menempah tempat ini, kerana sebaik sahaja anda keluar dari hotel, anda mempunyai akses kepada setiap kafe dan tempat makan.

First time living in a hostel and already have some expectations of what is it going to be like Since feedback is that the shower heater does not work well where it gets cold and switches to hot suddenly causing my body to get burnt I was told that I can arrive early and store my luggage first but I didn’t expect that what they mean by storing is leaving my bag on the open vide floor in the corner of the pub (definitely know that it won’t be kept safe since the employees themselves are busy running the pub) The room is very smelly Like smellier than what I expected

If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is a good choice with a good location (West Richmond Station) but limited facilities. Free coffee and tea are also provided, food with 10AUD, a towel is provided, but no body care (shampoo, toothbrush, etc) is provided. Lastly, good service also provided.
