Hostels di Chengdu

Located on the 4/5th floor of a shopping mall, which makes it very convenient for a morning coffee or dessert at night. Private room with terrace. We were able to do our laundry for free and let it dry right in front of our room. Would book again.

The hotel is tucked slightly away from the main road, so it can be a bit tricky to find at first, but the location is actually amazing! It’s super central, within walking distance of Taikoo Li and IFS, and very close to the metro station, making it really convenient to get around. The room was spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to assist whenever I ran into any difficulties. Highly recommended!

Pros: all women, I felt very safe, and there are a variety of spaces for different uses (e.g. desks, sofas, floor cushions). It's also very quiet and, at least during my stay, guests were very polite. Bonus: there's a bum gun in one of the loos! Cons: the bathroom was a little dirty (there's some mould above head height in the showers) and restocking of soap and toiletries was hit and miss. The mattress was also very thin.

I stopped here for one night and it was such a great stay! The rooms are comfortable and they have seating areas in the corridor which is brilliant. I felt really comfortable here and would recommend it to people passing through! 🙌

Lokasi hotel ini sangat mudah dicari, dengan pengangkutan awam yang mudah di sekelilingnya, dan senang untuk mencari tempat makan serta membeli-belah. Bilik sangat bersih, tiada bau yang tidak menyenangkan, kemudahan lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik, dan katil sangat selesa. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu (front desk) sangat peramah dan sabar menjawab semua soalan. Pengalaman keseluruhan melebihi jangkaan, dengan nilai untuk wang (value for money) yang sangat tinggi, memang sangat disyorkan!

Saya mengembara sendiri ke tempat ini dan suasananya sangat unik. Terdapat tanaman hijau dan kotak kayu di pintu masuk, menjadikannya kelihatan sangat semula jadi 🌿. Selepas masuk, terdapat kawasan penerimaan ber***a retro, dengan poster acara ditampal di dinding, memberikan perasaan seperti motel lama. Perabot kayu di kawasan bar, dengan pencahayaan hangat, sesuai untuk duduk dan menikmati minuman 🍷. Perkhidmatannya baik, dan suasana keseluruhannya tenang dan santai, sesuai untuk bersendirian dan berehat.

What I loved most about staying here was the peaceful atmosphere, it's really quiet 🥹 and guests are respectful and keep noise to a minimum. The hosts and staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and responsible, and I always felt safe. I never had to worry about my belongings. A small suggestion: it would be great if they could add some liquid hand soap by the sink :) The location is also super convenient, right in the city center, close to Chunxi Road and IFS. Highly recommend staying here!!! ❤️❤️❤️

At fhe first, I could bot find the hotel, but I talked to the owner and she was so kind and promptly videocalled me and gave me instructions how to get to the hotel which is near to the bus station. The location of the hotel is very convenient, nearby you have a park, many restaurants, pharmacy, bus station. The hotel has some local people many of them were very friendly to me, we shared the food and sit next to each other for some time and talked in chinese. The owner of the hotel can speak English and she will give the clients the best service, she is really outspoken, caring and kind. The bathroom is public, you can share it with others, you can wash your clothes and then hang it. I enjoyed my staying, it is like a dormitory, you have your own bed, but you share the room with the others as the same gender as you.

I stayed at Chengdu XiangPi Inn for one night (April 14–15, 2026) and booked a bed in the 6-person male-only shared room. Overall, it was a solid budget-friendly option, but there are a few things worth noting depending on what you’re looking for. The biggest plus is definitely the price—you get exactly what you pay for, and for a short stay it does the job. The room itself was fairly basic but functional. The bed was decent enough for one night, and the space didn’t feel overly cramped despite having multiple occupants. That said, privacy is minimal, as expected in a shared dorm setup. Cleanliness was okay, though not perfect. The shared bathroom was usable but could have been maintained a bit better, especially during busier hours. If you’re particular about hygiene, this is something to keep in mind. The atmosphere was quiet enough when I stayed, and most guests were respectful, which made it easier to rest. Staff interactions were limited but smooth—check-in and check-out were straightforward without any issues. Overall, Chengdu XiangPi Inn is a practical choice if you’re traveling on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep for a night or two. It’s not luxurious, but it’s functional and reasonably comfortable for short stays.
